The Villa Amani is located in Labenne, surrounded by the pine trees, on the edge of the Aquitany" Landes" forest, between Hossegor / Capbreton and Bayonne / Biarritz. Atlantic Ocean 3km, watched beach and endless dunes, a Surf Paradise. Numerous Golf Clubs within 30km. All shops and services nearby. Framework: The quiet, the birds singing, the cool of the forest that shelters also by the wind, sometimes the sound of the waves in the background, no traffic (the house is located at the end of a dead end street, without frontside wiew from neighbours) :all the characteristics that make this place unique and exclusive. Another shower with WC. Free WIFI connection, TV, DVD player, video games, CD/radio player, bluetooth speaker. First floor, under mansardroof : 2 bedrooms (double beds 160 cm and 140 cm), mezzanine with 1 sofa-bed (140x200), bathroom with tub and toilet (suitable for children but just know an adult cannot stand in the bathtub). Spacious bedroom storages. Supply of baby kit (cot with mattress latex, potty, changing mat, bottle warmer, baby monitor, high chair, table chair, children's tableware, safety swimming belt for pool). Supply of bed linen and towels included. Between each rental, our concierge carries out a thorough cleaning of the house, however we still ask you to leave the premises in a decent condition, close to the state in which the house was found upon arrival, as you would do at home so that your housekeeper feels respected: we ask you to put the furniture and decorative elements back in place, empty the refrigerator, the bins, wash and put away the dishes, wipe down where necessary (sinks, oven and cooking rings for example) and sweep the floors lightly. La Grange de Pardies Gîte classé et Ferme Bonheur

Classé 2* Un appartement cocon, en annexe d' une ferme du 18e siècle, située dans un cadre paisible et entourée de prairies et d'animaux domestiques. La Grange donne sur un ancien cimetière gallo-romain et la "Villa" gallo-romaine du site de Pardies. Vous êtes à la fois à la campagne et tout près des commodités qu'offre la ville. En cadeaux de bienvenue: des œufs frais de mes poulettes et des produis locaux de nos deux partenaires : Kiwis Délices à Sorde et Maison Barthouil à Peyrehorade.

La cabane "Le coeur de XANET'", une conception unique, artisanale, entièrement isolée, réalisée par un charpentier local. Nous avons pensé ce bien pour vous offrir une parenthèse, un moment hors du temps. Le bois offre tout l'exotisme nécessaire. Vous trouverez tout le confort souhaité, dans un "esprit cabane". Beaucoup de luminosité grâce à ses nombreuses ouvertures, dirigées vers la forêt et le verger. Et nous avons également mis à votre disposition un SPA privatif, pour une détente totale !!

Ce logement paisible offre un séjour détente pour toute la famille, proche de la plage et du centre-ville de Capbreton. Vous profiterez d'un bungalow rénové entièrement et de sa piscine chauffée. Vous pourrez vous reposer au choix sur votre terrasse privée ou dans le jardin à l'ombre des pins maritimes et des chênes lièges. C'est la location de vacances idéale pour laisser la voiture le temps de vacances et tout faire à vélo ou à pied! A noter: notre maison se situe juste à côté des bungalows.

Cette cabane a son coin de forêt, vous êtes coupés du reste du monde. Déconnexion totale à quelques pas de la rivière, laissez vos envies vous guider durant votre séjour. La cabane est composée d'une chambre à l'étage avec un lit, en bas une pièce qui donne sur une terrasse qui vous permet de plein pied d'accéder à votre bain nordique. La douche est à l'extérieur, sous un tipi de bambou. Panier repas (30€ p/p) ou planche charcuterie fromage (24€) possibles le soir (commande 48h à l’avance)

Studio in artist atelier 10km from the atlantic

Every year in August, we invite friends, artists and architects to produce their projects and work with us at "Maison Merveille". We are a non profit organization and the one room we rent will help finance some of our production costs to improve the quality of the house and atelier. The house is located in the center of little town Saint Vincent de Tyrosse. It is a good location if you want to explore the region's amazing diversity of nature, landscapes and beaches. We have good tips!

Profitez d’une terrasse privée, d’un grand jardin arboré avec piscine partagée en été, ainsi que d’un spa accessible sur réservation. Sur place : terrain de pétanque, poules, canards et chats. Un point de départ idéal pour découvrir les Landes et le Pays basque.

Nous aurons l'occasion de nous croiser dans le jardin, autour de la piscine car nous habitons le reste de la maison. On the upper floor of our wooden passive house, light-filled with its glass wall, it has exclusive access to a 30 m² rooftop terrace for lunch or sunbathing.
