Great place, lots of charm and the different indoor and outdoor spaces are very beautiful and very nice. 100% consistent with the photos, perfect for a stay with family with children or friends. The house is quiet while being located close to all amenities. Available and responsive host. We will come back, I recommend 150%, the whole family loved this very beautiful house with very pleasant exteriors. The living room with the fireplace to end the day quiet is a real plus

I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed this home. Perfect for groups or families and the house had everything you could want to make you feel at home. The location is perfect if you plan to visit multiple French and Spanish cites. Very great location close to beaches and restaurants. We would definitely like to come again!

We were a group of 8 and had a great week at Sylvain and Katia's. The house is spacious, bright and comfortable. The veranda room is very nice for large tables, for breakfasts as well as for. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The pool is beautiful, heated and well oriented. The immediate environment is quiet and the location of the house allows many walks both on the seafront and in the hinterland. Manon, very attentive, welcomed us very warmly and always answered our questions. Sylvain is always available and has great tips. We won't hesitate to come back!

We spent 6 beautiful days at Kamel, the weather was very nice and we had a good time in the house. The apartment is protected and the surroundings are very green. With the dog (low season) we could reach several beaches on foot in 15-25 minutes, in the height of summer it is perhaps more difficult. We didn't miss anything in the place.

We had a lovely week here. Although the accommodation is attached to the house it was very private and quiet. The view is beautiful with only a couple of far away houses amongst a sea of trees and green. Shops and restaurants are only a short drive away. The pool and outside space is wonderful. We would highly recommend it.

This is one of the best places we ever stayed. Amazing nature around, brand new modern house, lovely hosts. Enjoyed every dinner and breakfast on the terrace. The kitchen is also very well equipped.

Extremely well located accommodation 2 steps from the beach, a few bars by the sea nearby. Center easily accessible by car. The accommodation is very clean, functional and quiet (despite the proximity of the campsite). Small downside with unsecured staircase (accommodation on the first floor) and 2 windows in the bedroom without shutters that required a little adaptation with a walking baby. Very good communication with Paul. We'll be happy to go back.

Everything you need for a good family meal. Well located to go to Hendaye beach and Hendaye village. And the area is beautiful. No hesitation to have on this rental. Very nice spacious appartement, had everything we needed also for our toddler. The spa conflable in the garden was the highlight! Quiet neighbourhood, close walking distance to some restaurants and the beach. Benoît was very friendly and we got always a quick response to our questions. Would totally recommend staying there!

We spent a dream week in Antony and Stephanie's house. It's not very big but super equipped and full of charm. The veranda and its large sofa are an invitation to a nap. The large terrace under the pine trees is also very pleasant. We also appreciated the accessibility of the beaches on foot by crossing the golf course and the possibility of renting bikes very easily. We'll be happy to go back.

the accommodation is in all respects in accordance with the listing, the bedding is of very good quality as well as the size of the beds (3 beds out of 4 in 160cm), the kitchen is very well equipped, the jacuzzi room has been renovated and an outdoor wooden terrace. In addition Paul Eric is very accommodating and available. In short, we did not miss anything, thank you.

Beautiful location opening out on a forest full of singing birds. Great amenities in town ie grocery and amazing bakery. Excellent location for day trips .

The accommodation was perfect: very clean, tidy, and completely in line with the listing. The atmosphere was warm and the hosts were extremely welcoming and caring. We had a wonderful time with the family, especially with the chickens, which particularly delighted our little girl. A real pleasure to stay there, highly recommend!

Where to begin?! What a wonderful house. spacious, well equipped, huge, mature garden, big pool, immaculately clean throughout and a very responsive, helpful host in Laurence. We stayed a month as a family of 4 expanding to 10 for a period and would love to have been there longer!
