Notre maison est située en pleine campagne, au calme, près de Nocé et à 1h45 de Paris. Venez vous ressourcer ! Nous sommes à 1h45 des plages normandes et 1h30 des châteaux de la Loire. C'est notre résidence secondaire (pas une maison louée à l'année). Elle contient donc une partie de nos souvenirs, mais sommes heureux de la partager ! Vous croiserez deux petites chattes recueillies en août 2021. Très douces avec les enfants, autonomes grâce à la chatière. Allergiques aux chats, s'abstenir 😉

Vous séjournez aux portes du perche (saint Cosme en vairais) dans un ancien fournil à pain. Endroit calme et paisible à 4km du village. Le logement dispose d'une chambre avec 2 lits de 1 personnes et 1 lit de 2 personnes,un espace à vivre avec canapé/lit 2 personnes,une salle de bain ,un terrain et un abri de jardin ( avec mobilier extérieur). Un poêle ainsi que du bois sont à votre disposition pour profiter de vos soirées. Possibilité que le terrain soit fermé en le précisant à l'avance 😁

We welcome you to the Perche. The house is located in the golden triangle of Perche, in a village located a few minutes' drive from Bellême. The house has a lot of character: it is the old grocery store of the village combined with the old workshop of the farrier. With street-side access, the house overlooks a green setting of 8000 m2, wooded and peaceful. The layout is ideal for kids-friendly stays, for families or groups of friends.

Située au coeur du parc naturel régional du Perche, dans le village de charme de Moutiers au Perche ; cette grande maison du 19éme siècle bénéficie d'un environnement exceptionnel. Après avoir sillonné les nombreuses balades au départ de la maison ( à pied, à cheval en auto ou à vélo), récréatives, sportives ou bucoliques, venez prendre du repos au fond du jardin, au bord de la Corbionne ou réjouissez vous devant un bon feu…
