The mill is located along the head race; a bamboo grove softens the northern flank while to the south, the terrace of the cottage overlooks the edge of the woods. La Berthussie is situated at the edge of Cussac, a village in the Perigord/ limousine nature reserve: soft hills, lakes, historical sites, and lovely walking trails. Our peaceful and spacious house of 240 sq. m can easily host a family of 8. It is surrounded by a vast mature garden, a private pond just 50m from the house, a chestnut orchard and fruit trees. The supermarket is 5 minute walking distance, as are the boulangerie, a cafe- restaurant/ pharmacie and the weekly market square.

Small gîte (rated 3***), secluded in the countryside, very cool with its 80-cm stone walls, equipped for 2, 4, or even 6 people, located in a small, quiet village in the Limousin region. Single-story and adjoining our house, with a fenced-in garden. From October 1 to May 1, a €15/night fee for electric heating is required, payable upon arrival. Check-in time: from 5:00 p.m.; check-out time: before 10:00 a.m. However, we remain flexible regarding these hours. Animals allowed.

Vous apprécierez y séjourner pour son confort et sa quiétude, avec sa terrasse exposée Sud-Est, son jacuzzi et son jardin (non clos). À NOTER : Jacuzzi inclus pour toutes locations entre le 1er mai et le 30 septembre. En dehors de cette période le jacuzzi est en supplément, sur demande.
