You can watch beautiful sunsets as well as the Mascaret wave. This fully renovated cottage in the middle of a 1500 m2 enclosed park will provide you with a sense of tranquility and well-being with friends and family. Ideally located, our cottage is surrounded by many swimming spots.

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living room. Upstairs is a master suite with bedroom, bathroom, and dressing room. There are two toilets, one upstairs. Linens and towels are provided. Ideal for 2 adults, an extra bed is possible on the sofa (1 seat) Crib can be made available upon request. There is a common courtyard with an insurance agency. Private parking space. river cottage

Our cottage is located in a mill on the beautiful river La Dronne. It is a very spacious apartment (55 m2) fully renovated. A bedroom with a view of the river, and a beautiful terrace overlooking it. Direct access to the river for swimming or canoeing that we provide. Please note that the staircase leading to the gîte is quite narrow and steep and is not suitable for people with disabilities as well as for some people with limited mobility
