Forget your worries in this spacious and serene accommodation. Located in the heart of a village surrounded by vineyards. It can accommodate 4 people. The accommodation is upstairs. On the first floor, a very large living room with kitchen, living room and dining room overlooking a courtyard where you can eat, have a BBQ, enjoy the jacuzzi or a deck chair. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, a toilet and a bathroom. On the ground floor there is a laundry room and a toilet. The accommodation is my personal accommodation.

Situé à proximité du canal du midi, un gîte familial pour se ressourcer en terres narbonnaises. Charmant gîte de 46 m2 situé au sein de notre résidence familiale, rénovée fin 2021. Nous sommes situés à 2,5 km du Somail, village typique au bord du Canal du Midi (30 min à pied à travers un chemin bordé de vignes). À 3 min à pieds de tous les commerces: supermarché, pharmacie, tabac presse, coiffeur, esthéticienne, laverie et restaurants. Idéal également pour les travailleurs en déplacement!

A 10-minute walk from the Canal du Midi, in a village of Occitania, 12 km from the tourist town of Narbonne, 30 km from the sea and 40 minutes from the city of Carcassonne, this charming house is a former "ramonétage". You will stay in a quiet location and enjoy a swimming pool shared only with us. Motorcycle and bike garage. Barbecue and pétanque will enhance these discoveries. The dedicated Box allows remote work. Upon your arrival the beds will be made, towels and linens are provided.

Gîte pour deux personnes aux portes des corbières situé entre mer et châteaux cathares. Logement climatisé, sans vis à vis au milieu des vignes pour un séjour en duo dans un cadre paisible et confortable. Logement privatif avec à l’étage un lit 200/200 ainsi qu’une douche à l’italienne et une baignoire balneo. Au rez de chaussée une cuisine toute équipée avec coin salon , toilette séparée et une terrasse pour vos repas à l’extérieur. Le logement ne dispose pas de wifi.

The ground floor offers 1 living room, 1 independent kitchen, 2 bedrooms including 1 master suite with shower room. Upstairs, a living room kitchen area, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, all on a large waterfront property with swimming pool and summer kitchen! Plus an electrical outlet for vehicles!

Ideal apartment for a day stop on a bike trip along the Canal du Midi (1 km) or during a stop on the highway (20 min) or to enjoy a few days in the region: Le Somail, Minerve, Gruissan... Outside you will enjoy these garden lounges and a 40,000 m2 wooded park, closed for the tranquility of children as well as a mini farm (the animals are in their own enclosure) where you can enjoy fresh eggs in a quiet and peaceful place an indoor pool available to you and free of charge as well as a petanque court your vehicle will be safe right in front of the accommodation, to facilitate the unloading of your luggage.
