Our house is perfect for families with kids, friends gathering, people passionated by mountain sports and businessmen tired from hotels... Access to a spacious covered terrace allows you to enjoy a unique setting for nature lovers. You will be in Annecy in 20 minutes, Aix-les-Bains in 25 minutes, Chamonix in 1 hour 15 minutes.

Family home renovated in 2017. With friends and family, we simply enjoy the scenery, outdoor life, practical and elegant interior, 4 bedrooms. Beautiful terrace, barbecue, swimming pool, you almost don't need to go out...but there are so many sports, cultural and gourmet activities outside... Be careful of the many pools, swimming pool, sloping ground, steep stairs, which put a lot of obstacles in small children or people with limited mobility.
