Within the majestic UNESCO Geopark Massif des Bauges and between the historic spa towns of Annecy, Aix-les-bains and Chambery. A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood, unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 min drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

Exposé plein sud, vous disposerez d'une jolie terrasse et d'un jardin privatif avec vue montagnes, vous profiterez d'une confortable chambre avec un grand lit double, d'un séjour avec kitchenette entièrement équipée et d'une salle de bain avec WC séparé. Vous serez à 45 minutes des premières stations de ski ou de Grenoble, et à seulement 25 minutes de Chambéry et d'Albertville. Autoroute à 5min.

Farm dome in Chartreuse

Niché en pleine nature au coeur de la Chartreuse, venez découvrir notre dôme indépendant au sein de notre petite exploitation agricole Quintessence de Chartreuse, dédiée aux plantes. Vous serez charmé(e)(s) par la vue sur la vallée, les falaises à 360° avec le Grand Som en fond. Notre maison et les locaux de la ferme se trouvent à 80 mètres du dôme et de sa terrasse, sans vis-à-vis. Si vous souhaitez rester plusieurs nuits n'hésitez pas à demander des informations.

La Grange, relaxation and dream view (jacuzzi)

Venez séjourner dans cette magnifique grange retapée, veille de plus de 300 ans. Il y règne un microclimat de détente, de zénitude et de vacances très spécial, avec une vue paradisiaque! Un côté de Provence en Chartreuse en somme ! J'habite dans cette maison et la libère quand je suis réservé afin de vous la laisser de manière privatisé. Vous avez donc accès à toute la maison sauf ma chambre et mon garage. Je laisse par contre mes chats, roxy et gribouille.

In the Alps, in Savoy, 15 km from the center of Chambery, in the Bauges mountain range, at the end of the Chemin de La Bas in an enchanting environment for lovers of calm, serenity and permaculture. Authentic Mongolian yurt near our house, with its large equipped wooden terrace, in the middle of our garden-forest. Dry toilet near the yurt. Water point and solar shower under the trees. In winter, the yurt is heated with wood (Jotul stove), wood provided.

Some nods to this mix can be found in its architecture. In 2022, a renovation of the villa was carried out to create 3 modern and warm apartments. This 35 m2 apartment accommodates 1–4 people, has a balcony (13 m2) with a beautiful view of the mountains & pool access
