Small house well located 10 min from Montval sur Loir where all amenities are available. The accommodation is freshly renovated and pleasant in summer because it is a stone house. The bathroom is nice and the garden is large with a large space to park. A kitchen and a TV in the future will be the final touch to make this accommodation perfect

We were very well received during the 24H. We had 2 vehicles of value and we chose this ideal accommodation 45 minutes from the circuit with easy access from the south of the circuit and tranquility for parking our vehicles safely. I recommend it. Perfect
