Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Saint-Pierre-de-l'Île-d'Orléans

Excellent location in the lower city for those with 1 vehicle. The parking space is a real plus. In a modern building, the apartment does not overlook Avenue Charrest and is therefore relatively quiet and allows you to open the bay window that overlooks the balcony without fear of traffic noise (very dense on this axis). Very clear, well-equipped with cleaning products available, nice furniture, comfortable bedding (although, from my point of view, the sheets are a little small for the size of the bed…), beautiful bathroom with large walk-in shower. 1 beautiful room at the entrance to leave suitcases, coats, shoes… extremely practical. Many shops (including 1 excellent bakery a few steps away and 1 grocery store), restaurants, bars nearby. Despite the presence of many homeless people and/or drug addicts, we never felt unsafe. Hosts are responsive and respond quickly to questions. Entry and exit in simple places.

Excellent place to stay and Frederic was easy to communicate with. The location was perfect for a relaxing weekend in Old Quebec, with great coffee and restaurants nearby. The walk to Rue du Petit-Champlain was only 35 minutes and well worth it!

Great place in a very popular area lots of restaurant options close by as well as a few supermarkets allowing us to cook a few times as well. There was an issue with the washing machine however the host provided a satisfactory solution which worked well. Would stay there again

Beautiful place. Unobstructed view of the river, exactly as in the photos. No smell of sulfur in the water, contrary to what some previous comments said. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend it.

This was the third time we rented the Black House and it's starting to feel like a home away from home. Proximity to the cross country ski trails is fantastic and the house is spotless, cozy and the kitchen is well stocked! Stéphanie is incredibly responsive to all messages and very friendly in all communications. highly recommend!!!!!

Strong recommendation! Isabelle's cottage, a converted schoolhouse, is charming, peaceful, and comfortable. The house is extraordinarily well-appointed, with everything you need, particularly in the kitchen. The back patio is a serene place to have a coffee, watch the birds, and enjoy the view over the empty fields. You will need a car. We drove to Québec one day and Ile d'Orleans the next - it's about 45 minutes to each.

A delightful mix of old house (hand-hewn beams and squared-off logs for walls) with new renovations (modern bathrooms, comfortable beds, very clean, etc.). The neighborhood is not particularly beautiful, but we were looking for proximity to the Mont St. Anne xc ski trails and this home is perfectly located for that, along with a small grocery store and gas station a couple hundred meters away. It is both cozy and comfortable, and we will gladly come back again, potentially with other family friends as the house has three apartments and would easily house a large number of people. The house is beautifully restored and the beautiful and large plot overlooking the beach makes it a prime location. I have rarely seen a kitchen so well equipped and tidy. The rooms are very comfortable and the open area with windows overlooking the river is great. Excellent communication with Line. I highly recommend it and hope to return!

Excellent location for exploring the Vallée de La Jacques-Cartier and close enough to Quebec City to go to dinner in Quebec City! Impeccable and very comfortable accommodation. Very well-equipped kitchen!

Nathalie is really deserving to be a super-host with 5-6 stars , she is always responsive and proactive , the apartment is clean and everything is available , location is amazing with easy checkout , the surrounding is super cool at summer , my family like it as well , for sure this is my preferred place in the upcoming visits to Quebec city

My third time there. We visit the Basilica which a short ride away and the city which is very easy to get to. All is near. Them place is spacious and ample. Deck is open great view.

Geneviève's place was super clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. Shops and restaurants of Old Lévis were just minutes away by foot. The ferry to Québec City is just a 10 minute walk. In addition, Geneviève was a great and friendly communicator, which helped make my stay in Lévis very relaxing.

Great location but prepared to walk hills to get to Old Quebec. Very clean and well appointed! The balcony’s views are awesome!

Wonderful stay here with my partner and brother, perfect place to rent while doing a ski trip or spending the days in Quebec City. Don’t be fooled by the pictures, it might look small but even with 3 people it never felt cramped.
