Breathtaking views from every room in this spacious apartment. Our host was very responsive and attentive. Our family had a great time staying here for a week.

Duncan's place is so beautiful and peaceful. The balcony was great for breakfast and for some chilling after a day of beach. Duncan was very helpful and gave us a lot of recommendations for what to do in the area. And the area is also great. Duncan's place is very close to both the beach, shops and restaurants. Really want to come back to this place!

welcoming and friendly host. The place is pretty big, everything is well arranged, good bedding. The accommodation is located on the pedestrian street which can be lively in the evening, and the problem for me is the paid squares in Bayonne.... Other than that. I recommend this accommodation

Excellent place, private, comfortable and incredible views, not to mention the majestic sheep in the mornings, it is a bit rural and you expect that, crazy views. Very comfortable bathroom, spacious rooms, we had a problem by the internet but surely it was the apagon of Spain and southern France, nothing to recriminate to the owners, on the contrary, I appreciated the disconnection. I would add to improve some soap for the shower, but in the end everything can be solved, incredible complimentary coffee, full kitchen, beautiful crockery, the place is very spacious and the terrace beautiful.

Lovely appartment, spacious, well furnished, amazing shower. Host communicates well and demonstrated high flexibility, allowing me to check out later than planned. I would only advise to bring in with you ear-plugs, as the flat is on the ground floor and you will hear cars passing by. If you are looking to nap and sleep for longer time, it might be difficult if you are a light sleeper like me. This however does not diminishes the excellent experience of the flat and host

This is a fabulous apartment in an idyllic location. Stunning views, immediate access to the beach, easily walkable to the core of Biarritz.

Sabina was very accommodating, especially for our departure by allowing us to leave our belongings in the apartment. The latter was pleasant and extremely well located. Easy parking nearby during the weekend (free in the evening, from Saturday 2 p.m., Sunday and public holidays) I highly recommend it!

This is a wonderful spot on the ocean with stunning views! It’s an easy walk to beaches and downtown and a fantastic place to start exploring Biarritz by bike or on foot. We had a great time, apartment is spacious, awesome kitchen, bed and balcony !

we spent 10 incredible days... relaxing quiet rest... beautiful walks for the dog and great location for fishing enthusiasts......
