Located between land and sea in a quiet corner of paradise and not overlooked, Mlle O' Garden is a house in a beautiful and large garden overlooking the fields and the sea when it decides (it's worth it!). A setting that invites you to relax. If you're on the move, it's ideally located for visiting the area. In the town of Bourg-Dun, a charming village near Veules-les-Roses, 5 minutes from St Aubin-sur-Mer beach (large sandy beach and water activities) and Quiberville.

Seafront house

Ideal location : you just have to cross the park to reach the sea facilities (beach, fishermen, kids playground, parking lot, ...) The village itself has been elected "one of the most beautiful villages in France" in a famous TV show. All the houses stick to the reputation and all have roses in front of them. The house itself is small (small bedrooms) but perfectly located. The dining room is oriented due-west so you can enjoy the sunset on the sea every night.

Exceptional and quiet sea view.

New independent apartment on the ground floor located in a modern house, well located in a quiet setting with exceptional sea views. Quiberville is located on the Alabaster Coast between Dieppe and Veules-les-Roses. Very nice place on the coast where you will find many hiking trails, you can practice sports, kitesurfing, windsurfing, in summer the nautical club is open with boat rentals. In this seaside resort, we find all kinds of shops.

Atypical barn in the countryside, 5 minutes from the sea

Old refurbished photo studio of 90 m2 offering a nice ceiling height and a skylight. It is located next to our main house in the middle of an 8200 m2 lot. The decor is vintage, ethnic and bohemian. Lunch in the sun or dinner under the skylight, the house is as pleasant inside as it is outside. Particularly suitable for dreamers, artists and travelers, tired of sanitized rentals... The small Norman house in the center of Luneray

Very nice fully renovated house in the heart of Luneray, a very dynamic village located 7 km from the beautiful beaches of Saint Aubin-sur-Mer and Quiberville and halfway between Dieppe and Saint-Valéry-en-Caux. In Luneray, you can enjoy all the local shops, you can join the greenway and discover the trails. You will benefit from a central location to discover the region from Étretat to Tréport, from Rouen to Le Havre.

The farmhouse of the valley.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Close to the sea (8 km). 300 m from the Vélo Route du Lin, which will take you on foot or by bike to discover the landscapes and Norman villages. A private garden welcomes you where you can relax, enjoy the barbecue for outdoor dining. Pets are also allowed. Close to Luneray, its shops and the Sunday market.

Les Varengues, large villa 10 minutes' walk to the sea

Straddling Varengeville-sur-Mer and Sainte-Marguerite-sur-Mer, this superb renovated villa is surrounded by a fully enclosed 3000 m2 garden, very close to Vasterival Beach, amid the many walking paths that Varengeville and Sainte-Marguerite have to offer. Linens and towels included in the rate! This is the perfect place for a total change of scenery.
