We are directly opposite the river beach of Saint Aulaye and on the edge of this historic old village. Wander up the hill to the boulangerie, shops and weekly market. The cottage

Detached house located in the South Charente near Aubeterre Sur Dronne, a tourist village, a short walk to the Dordogne. Crossed by the river "La Dronne", the place is very pleasant and wooded. The accommodation is quiet and functional. It consists of a living room, bedroom and bathroom. Outside, a terrace and the unfenced lawn await you to relax on deckchairs. Garden furniture and an electric barbecue are at your disposal.
