Downstairs, the kitchen/dining room and living room with vaulted ceilings open onto a shady terrace, perfect for outdoor living. On the first and second floors are four large double bedrooms (the upper two with air-conditioning) and four bathrooms. The mature and shady garden includes a 10mx5m swimming pool (salt filter) & boules court. Perfect for families and groups of friends.

Our home, features an original fireplace, flagstone floors, and local furnishings. Enjoy the courtyard garden and pool (a quiet relaxing space, our neighbours appreciate their tranquility too). The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

The Oasis, a rare place for nature lovers in the middle of a 1-hectare olive grove between Uzès and the village of Collias. In this small architect's house in Vers stone with its private terrace, totally autonomous, solar electricity and drilling, you will find calm and tranquility. In the morning the peacocks will come to greet you and wish you a beautiful day. The Gardon and Alzon next door for swimming and a swimming pool shared with us, will refresh you on summer days
