This accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. A stone's throw from the Prades lake in St Rémy-sur-Durolle in a residential leisure park, this 6-person chalet of 38 m2 is fully equipped and air-conditioned with a covered terrace of 12 m2, land of 200 m2. 3 bedrooms, one with a 140 cm bed, one with 2 80 cm beds and one with bunk beds and a sofa bed in the living room. All amenities are present in the village: Bakery, pharmacy, press, butcher, supermarket, Sunday market.

Saint Rémy Sur Durolle Cottage

Charming cottage on a 300 m2 fenced plot, located in a 2 ha wooded park (private petanque court). Guests will have access to a pleasant terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Equipped with a kitchen, TV, reversible air conditioning, sofa bed that can accommodate 2 guests and a car charging station. The water body with recreational base (pedal boat, paddle board, electric scooter...), tennis, padel, restaurants, wellness center and swimming pool are 300 m from the accommodation.

You will enjoy a living room with lounge and equipped kitchen, The bedroom offers a 140 cm double bed with its wardrobe, The convertible living room sofa can accommodate 2 guests. Just 35 minutes from Clermont Ferrand (5 minutes from the A89). It is equipped with a living room with equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, 4 burners, dishwasher, kitchenware and 2-seater sofa bed), a bedroom (double bed, air conditioning) and a bathroom/WC.
