Havre de paix et de dépaysement, ce logement est accessible au 1er étage d'une ancienne grange avec charpente apparente, en plein coeur d'Amions, village paisible de 291 habitants. L'accès se fera par la porte principale de cette grange qui vous offre, en rez-de-chaussée, un immense espace insolite et aménagé (grande table, curiosités, buanderie) . Lit parapluie disponible à l'entrée du logement avec, si demande, installation et fourniture des petits draps moyennant une contribution de 4€.

Charming cottage on a 300 m2 fenced plot, located in a 2 ha wooded park (private petanque court). Guests will have access to a pleasant terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Just 35 minutes from Clermont Ferrand (5 minutes from the A89). It is equipped with a living room with equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, 4 burners, dishwasher, kitchenware and 2-seater sofa bed), a bedroom (double bed, air conditioning) and a bathroom/WC.

In order to be able to clean and disinfect the studio after each stay, guests are asked to leave the studio in the morning as long as the virus is likely to circulate.
