Saint Rémy Sur Durolle Cottage

Charming cottage on a 300 m2 fenced plot, located in a 2 ha wooded park (private petanque court). Guests will have access to a pleasant terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Equipped with a kitchen, TV, reversible air conditioning, sofa bed that can accommodate 2 guests and a car charging station. The water body with recreational base (pedal boat, paddle board, electric scooter...), tennis, padel, restaurants, wellness center and swimming pool are 300 m from the accommodation.

Located in a peaceful hamlet, you will be welcomed by Sam and Krisha, our friends and English neighbors. Just 35 minutes from Clermont Ferrand (5 minutes from the A89). It is equipped with a living room with equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, 4 burners, dishwasher, kitchenware and 2-seater sofa bed), a bedroom (double bed, air conditioning) and a bathroom/WC.

Dans un hameau tranquille qui surplombe Chabreloche vous disposerez de 4 chambres, 2 salles de bain, une cuisine équipée, un salon, une terrasse abritée. un vaste espace jeu (ping pong ,baby foot) LA PISCINE CHAUFFEE est ACCESSIBLE de PAQUES à TOUSSAINT .Pas d'accès handicapé.

La cabane

Vous apprécierez la cabane pour sa situation : la vue imprenable sur "La petite Toscane auvergnate" et la chaîne des Puys en ligne d'horizon (on domine), l'ambiance forestière, l'accès aux chemins, le sentiment d'être dans un nid . La cabane est parfaite pour les couples, mais convient aussi aux familles (avec enfants) et les compagnons à quatre pattes sont acceptés (mais attention, le terrain n'est pas clos). Idéal VTTistes, trailers...
