Enjoy a stylish and central place, close to all shops, bars, restaurants, squares, in the historic center. View towards the Dronne and the castle. 500 meters from the campsite and beach, tennis court, canoeing and kayaking and several hiking trails to the neighboring towns. The house has a dining room, kitchen and toilet on the ground floor and upstairs a balcony with panoramic views, shower room, toilet, a master bedroom and two small bedrooms for three children.

At the gates of Périgord, we rent our house, semi-detached with independent entrance Opportunity to participate in farm life with cows, poultry, rabbits 5 km from the beautiful village of Aubeterre, one of the most beautiful villages in France, its monolithic church, its alleys, its beach, its restaurants 3 km away, the Poltrot nature base with its mill, tree climbing, plant maze, picnic tables, open-air café, farmers market, outdoor cinema...

Air-conditioned wooden cabin

Cabin and its outbuildings are located in the owners' garden but are totally independent of their home. The cabin is on stilts (1.50 m) around a tree. It is 15 m2 and consists of a single room with a 160 cm bed, a toilet and shower area, a sink. A footbridge gives access to two additional wooden shelters: the first offers a dining table and an equipped counter (fridge, microwave, sink) and the second a relaxation/lounge area.
