In the Sebastiennais garden

Our independent house annex is set in the greened surroundings of our back garden. It is a small but well-equipped studio, and contains a kitchen and bathroom. You will have shared access to the annex from the gate to the main house, and then walk along the garden to get to your own private space. St-Sébastien-sur-Loire is right next to Nantes. Bus and tram services will get you to the centre of Nantes in about 20 minutes. It is a 15-minute cycle ride, or a 40-minute walk.

Nice apartment of 34 m2, completely renovated overlooking a garden and a terrace. It is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and is very quiet. It's very easy to park safely in front of the house. You can also enjoy the walled garden with trees, a nap on the deckchairs or barbecue evenings. Parking possible, cleaning and linens included.

You can enjoy your meals and rest there. Everything is quiet.
