House holiday rentals in Saint-Sébastien-sur-Loire

We had a great time with my friends! The house is functional, clean, very well equipped and very well located in a quiet neighborhood (about 1 hour from La Baule, 20 minutes from downtown Nantes, 5-10 minutes from supermarkets) The big positive point of the house is the outside, with a beautiful garden and pool. Jessica was always super responsive before, during and even after our stay to answer all our questions. Thanks again, we recommend this accommodation without hesitation ☺️

We had an incredible stay at Les Roussieres. Anne was brilliant at keeping in touch in the run up and made herself available for when we wanted to arrive, along with brioche and a bottle of wine. The surroundings are stunning, and if you want to travel around there is lots to do, but with such a phenomenal house you could just stay in for the week and be perfectly happy. I would 100% recommend a stay here, if you can.

Clean and well-equipped accommodation.

The house is very well kept. Beautiful services, a beautiful pool, full of nice little corners to chat or read. I think spending a week with family this summer would be a real little paradise. I recommend it without a problem. You won't be disappointed.

Great weekend with family and friends, a quiet place with a very nice family home offering a thousand possibilities. Very big plus, 15 people, we clearly don't step on each other. The exteriors are really made to enjoy, there is everything you need to see more, it was super friendly! Excellent and very clean pool. Thank you to Solène for her responsiveness and her answers to our requests. Thanks to his dad for the welcome, I highly recommend them!

An incredible stay at Guilain's in a sublime house that has been completely renovated. We were there as a family to celebrate a civil partnership and we fully enjoyed the moment and the beautiful environment of the house! In addition, the host is super friendly and responsive! Recommended 100%!

Jean was lovely to work with and very accommodating when my husband suddenly passed away. The place was beautiful, peaceful and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds were amazing and I’m very particular. Thank you Jean, for a lovely stay!

We had a wonderful time, and Vincent's place is simply perfect! Everything was just as shown in the pictures - if not better. The kitchen is very well equipped. A big supermarket is just a couple of minutes' walk away. The garden and the surrounding area are idyllic. We felt very welcome, and communication was easy. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Charming house right on the riverbank in Clisson - can see the weir and the river from every window! The house is spotlessly clean with very comfy beds and everything you could possibly need in a kitchen. We had a great stay and there’s even an amazing riverbank beer/wine garden next door.

It was perfect, I took this accommodation to be able to go to Hellfest, everything was great and very comfortable. It had been 7 months since I had a good night's sleep with my little baby. I slept very well and the environment was calm. I would highly recommend it Jeremy and Celine responded quickly and were flexible with my schedule.

Accommodation perfectly matches the description and photos. The instructions were clear and we were able to park easily. The accommodation is located in a quiet street. The little atmosphere from our arrival, music, candles, was very pleasant. Impeccable cleanliness. Great Jacuzzi, huge bathroom, everything is tastefully decorated... in short, everything was perfect!! We would recommend it without hesitation

We had a wonderful few days exploring Nantes and couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable and charming place to return home to at the end of each day. Johan’s place is clean, stylish, architecturally interesting and full of beautiful art pieces and lovely details - he clearly is a man with great taste! The house is very well equipped with high quality inventory and appliances for those who like to do a bit of cooking on holiday like us! The location was ideal with - quiet but with all the essentials nearby and very quick access by bus to the centre of town. Odile was wonderful - so welcoming, helpful and friendly when we arrived and supremely responsive/flexible when we told her we would arrive earlier than expected. Odile also provided excellent support during our stay when we had questions! Overall it was the best few days and we cannot wait to return to Johan’s place and to Nantes! Thank you Johan and Odile!!!

Perfect in relation to what we were looking for.

Our stay with Bruno was fantastic. We were in France for family visits and this cottage was by far the perfect place to stay. Everything was in good order: from the beds, to the kitchen, bathroom, living room with large TV and garden with even a BBQ present. It all looked new and tidy. Our host Bruno was very warm before and during our trip and responded quickly to our questions. All in all, it was a nice experience. Absolutely recommended!

Beautiful house full of charm, crossed by light, with terrace and garden on one side, view of a quiet path and eco-neighborhood on the other. Refurbished but the owners seem to have bargain-hunted a lot for the furniture, the result is pretty and comfortable. Their children's world is also welcoming for little guests... We would have liked to stay longer! The owners were welcoming and available for any questions. A big thank you!

Laetitia's place was perfect for our winter holiday with our teenage grandchildren. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen is modern and well-equipped. The location is amazing, close to the old city and main attractions in Nantes, yet quiet and peaceful because it is in a courtyard. We want to return to this apartment next time we visit Nantes!

Passing through for a sporting event in the town, the accommodation was impeccable and the host welcoming upon our arrival. I recommend it without a problem.
