Beautiful house/loft with hot tub.

Ideally located in a quiet area and all shops and transport are at the foot of the house. An industrial building completely renovated in 2016 with taste and love. 15 minutes' drive from the airport and train station, 12/15 minutes from the city center and 25/30 from the island of Nantes (the machines of the island etc.) by transport (free on weekends!!!). Guests will enjoy the roof top terrace (barbecue and relaxation) as well as the Jacuzzi (5/6 people). Linens and towels will be provided for traveling light.

Our independent house annex is set in the greened surroundings of our back garden. It is a small but well-equipped studio, and contains a kitchen and bathroom. You will have shared access to the annex from the gate to the main house, and then walk along the garden to get to your own private space. St-Sébastien-sur-Loire is right next to Nantes. Bus and tram services will get you to the centre of Nantes in about 20 minutes. It is a 15-minute cycle ride, or a 40-minute walk.

Very good stay in this accommodation in the heart of Saint Sebastian sur Loire. Accustomed to this city, we were pleasantly surprised when the gate opened to reveal a wooded park, a true haven of peace. Excellent communication with the host, available. Clean accommodation, well prepared for our arrival. Just missing a few components that are apparently in the works. I would highly recommend this listing.

Beautiful place, beautiful apartment without noise, very clear view, low opposite, small balcony very nice, parking at the bottom of the building (no beep for the barrier) 3rd floor without elevator, difficult access for the disabled, very clean and very quiet building. Don't forget to water the Yucca before you leave. tram 5 min walk to Nantes centre.
