Apartment holiday rentals in Saint-Sylvestre, Nice

Due to our own reasons, the dates were changed temporarily and the host did everything they could to help us organize our stay.The house is exactly as described and very convenient for transportation!

This apartment was, by far, the most incredible Airbnb rental we have ever rented. We are seasoned travelers, and the serenity and views from this flat, though in a bustling area, were more breathtaking and peaceful than we ever imagined. Our goal is always to find the best view and this did not disappoint —you will not want to leave (even for dinner)! This is the premier location in Nice to be near the old town area, but also closest to the sea. Having three balconies allows you to bring the outside in, but you are high enough from the street that the traffic never posed an issue; I napped in the living room in the afternoon sun while being lulled by the sound of the waves below. It’s a memory I will always cherish. The bedroom is on the other side of the apartment, making for a very peaceful sleep. This apartment is top of the line in finishes and amenities—the kitchen was fully stocked (but who wants to cook on vacation?). Leo and Romain were always responsive! Book this flat!

Lovely place, very easy to get across Nice. Brian (the host) was very responsive. Would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at Tina’s accommodation. The check in process went smoothly. The accommodation looked exactly as the photos listed. The accommodation was clean, the bathroom is updated, the washer in unit was great, parking onsite is a great perk as well. The location is also a plus and walkable to the heart of Nice. Charlie was a very friendly host and always responded quickly to questions. He received us personally, even though we arrived quite late. The apartment and balcony were more spacious than we had expected. The kitchen and bathroom were very nice and modern.

I had a very pleasant stay. Easy parking in the garage. Nice view at the city and sea. Apartment was clean and everything you need. Jean-Yves is a nice and friendly person. I would recommend a stay there. But keep in mind it is more easy to have a car with you. Thank you for everything Jean-Yves.

We had a great week in this studio offered by Guillaume. The studio is very well arranged and well equipped. The neighborhood is very quiet and easy to access by bus at the bottom of the building or tram 10 min walk. There is also a store 5 minutes away for shopping. Guillaume was available for our questions and gave us recommendations. The only small downside of the studio is the sound insulation, but the building being relatively quiet we were not too impacted. If we come back to Nice we will not hesitate to stay at this accommodation again!

Definitely the BEST airbnb we have stayed in! Benjamin met us at the train station and accompanied us to his place. He is courteous and kind. His place features a rooftop balcony overlooking his neighborhood with spectacular view of the surrounding area. The unit is clean, private and well appointed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! We hope to return to Benjamin’s place again sometime soon and stay longer.

Great stay with central location!

Levon was such a sweetheart! His place was so beautiful!! It was clean, spacious, yet warm and inviting! I want to live there! It’s a perfect location and Levon is so responsive! So close to the train station! I highly recommend this place!!

Jean-Marc’s place is exactly as it was described. It was beautifully appointed and great care was obviously taken during the remodeling and furnishing. As a result, the apartment was a comfortable and serene retreat. The location is ideal for exploring both the old city and for excursions to the shoreline, a short block from the apartment. Convenient to the Gare, the apartment is ideally situated for travelers who are arriving by rail. As perfect as the apartment was, what really made our visit special was the attenitiveness and responsiveness of Jean-Marc. They checked on us regularly to ensure that we had settled in well and that we had everything we needed to be comfortable. The building was equipped with a lift, very helpful for carrying luggage. The apartment had excellent air conditioning, a necessity in Nice. We would certainly stay again.

This studio was exactly what we needed for a couple day get away. Absolutely spotless, fully equipped, and very welcoming. The hosts were so helpful, responsive and so friendly! They make sure you have everything you need. The location is a bit far from the centre (if you’re looking to only get around by foot) but we did not mind at all! Public transport is very easy to use. Overall we would definitely return and highly recommend this place for your stay!

We had an incredible stay at Remario’s Airbnb! It’s a beautiful place with a fully equipped kitchen. It’s also in such a great location - close to the train station and also in walking distance to the beach. Remario’s communicate was really great and responsive. We would happily stay here again and hope to be back!

Dominique is really very friendly, accommodating and responsive. She simplified my arrival in Nice, and therefore contributed to the success of my stay. Her place, properly arranged, is very well located, in the north of Nice, close to the main tram line (L1 – 5 minutes walk), supermarkets and other amenities (cafes, restaurants, etc.), while being quiet. The balcony is spacious, which is an undeniable plus. I would recommend this host and their place unreservedly! +++

This was one of my best Airbnb experiences to date - the apartment was very well furnished and decorated, had all the necessities as well as more, like: beach towels and a beach umbrella, clothes drying rack, and a heated towel rack! The skylights in each room were also a nice touch. I looked forward to coming back every day. The hosts were very responsive and even helped us carry our luggage up the 4 flights of stairs. The location was also great - walking distance to many delicious restaurants and Old Nice.

The place is very cute. Philip is very kind and prepared everything for our stay to be very pleasant. I totally recommend staying there if you go to Monaco

Almost new, bright, well-equipped, well-located. Host responsive to any issues. We really enjoyed this 3-day stay as part of a wedding.

We had a wonderful few days. The best part is the view on the sea which is absolutely fabulous. Best place to relax, to have some food, a nice enjoyable drink. Apartment is also very well equipped, especially the kitchen. There is no air conditioning, but much better to dive in the swimming pool or the sea (first access at the end of a few steps) if you need to cool down. From there we did a few beautiful day trip to Cannes, Nice and Monaco, all easy to reach, and enjoyed taking the time to go by the road by the sea. Roberto was also available before and during our trip to provide very good instructions and advices (like local restaurants). Always available and always provided a friendly answer. And thanks for the paddle board which allowed us to visit nearby beaches.

A real little haven of peace: bright apartment, tastefully decorated, and perfectly located a stone's throw from the beach. The terrace and spa are a real plus. Nearby parking and shops. Calm, comfort and impeccable welcome. We recommend it without hesitating!

Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

Very nice location, the house is quiet and beautiful, suitable for a holiday to slowly enjoy the surrounding beauty, the interior is fully equipped, clean, everything is just right, the owner replied in time, and recommended the use of various facilities around.The most surprising thing is that there are many delicious and scenic restaurants in the nearby ancient city. There are new expectations every day😚. It is highly recommended for self-driving travelers.

Lovely apartment that is 10 minute stroll from restaurants and bars on the harbour front. Very clean, tidy and well decorated. The outside space and retractable doors provide amazing outside / inside space. Miguel was easily contactable, providing clear directions and met us at the property for checkin. Aldi supermarket 1 minute walk has all immediate needs. Parking is free on street however not always guaranteed immediately outside. Would highly recommend
