Shops, restaurants, bus stops, bike paths, sports field, skate park are close to the accommodation.

Studio in artist atelier 10km from the atlantic

Every year in August, we invite friends, artists and architects to produce their projects and work with us at "Maison Merveille". We are a non profit organization and the one room we rent will help finance some of our production costs to improve the quality of the house and atelier. The house is located in the center of little town Saint Vincent de Tyrosse. It is a good location if you want to explore the region's amazing diversity of nature, landscapes and beaches. We have good tips!

The 60 m2 apartment is centrally located in the village of Seignosse, in the quiet of a cul-de-sac. All amenities are close by (bakery, grocery store, hairdresser, etc.). Once in the apartment, you will be seduced by the brightness and tranquility of the place. The living room opens onto a private pond whose colors change with the hours of the day. The 13 m2 covered terrace will allow you to enjoy this idyllic setting around a meal, breakfast... or an aperitif.

Independent apartment of 54 m² in the center of Saint-Vincent-de-Tyrosse, located on our quiet grounds. On the ground floor: living room with equipped kitchen, shower room/toilet. Upstairs: Large bedroom with desk area. All within walking distance. Bicycle path in front of the house, beaches by bike. Private parking on gravel, closed, right next to the accommodation. Ideal for discovering the Landes between ocean, nature and typical villages!

T2 INDEPENDENT WITH GARDEN near forest and beaches

10 minutes from the center of Bayonne and Biarritz, Jean and Isabelle will be happy to welcome you to the Millet house, an old house that they have restored. Located between Maharin Park and the pine forest of Chiberta, the Anglet beaches will be 5 min drive or 20/25 min walk away and accessible by bike through the forest. The duplex accommodation with a private garden of 30 m² is an outbuilding attached to the guest house. Easy street parking.

La "Guesthouse", dépendance de notre villa est située en lisière de forêt, sur une vaste propriété arborée de 15000m2 bordée par un ruisseau. Climatisée, équipée et décorée avec attention, la Guesthouse offre un confort moderne et élégant qui ravira les couples ou familles avec enfants. Elle est dotée d'un bain à remous pour se détendre. Une terrasse bois équipée d'un salon de jardin à l'année permet de profiter du moindre rayon de soleil !

Bonjour, Le logement est relié à la fibre. Le logement que nous proposons est récent et attenant à notre maison. Il se situe à 15mn de l'océan, il accueille 2 adultes . Nous acceptons les petits chiens (nous consulter au préalable) qui s'entendent bien avec les chats. Les animaux ne doivent pas rester seuls dans le logement. Le logement est situé dans un village à l'orée du bois communal.
