Lovely ground-floor apartment in our chalet. Renovated in 2023. Independent access, the soundproofing is very goodfiber optics. dramatic scenery. The village of Saint-Vincent-les-Forts (altitude 1350m) is 300m away, well-known for its paragliding, its view of Lake Serre Ponçon, and its excellent inn. The water sports center is an 8-minute drive away, and the Montclar resort ( 4 seasons activities) is 6 minutes away. Several hiking and mountain biking trails depart from the chalet.

Our 35m² studio have been restored recently. It is located in the nearest of chair lift residence (20m). You will be on first floor with balcony facing south, a window with a Dormillouse mountain and ski slopes view. It includes private ski box in the entrance.
