Village house renovated in 2019 by a renowned architect, ideally located in the village of La Flotte. The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

Old house, eco-friendly renovation

The rehabilitation of the house was just completed in June 2020. We renovated it with eco-friendly materials (lime-hemp, cellulose wadding, water-based paints, reclaimed materials...). The atmosphere is soothing. A south-facing terrace overlooks the 2,000 m² garden where you can enjoy nature in peace. The house is classified as 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. In addition, the disability tourism labeling is in progress.

A quelques pas de la mer notre spacieuse maison de 130 m2 classée « meublé de tourisme 3⭐️ », se situe à Lauzières (village ostréicole aux portes de la Rochelle et près du pont de l'Ile de Ré). Elle se compose de 2 chambres climatisées à l’étage et d’une chambre au RDC, d’une salle d’eau , d’une salle de bain ,d'un salon (40m2) et d’une grande cuisine (30m2) climatisés donnant sur un espace extérieur intimiste.
