We stayed for a very short stay but the small accommodation was exactly what we expected: clean, functional and quiet. Moreover, devoured with gusto.

An excellent weekend spent in this beautiful accommodation. Matches the photos and descriptions, even beyond expectations, it seemed bigger than in the photos, very positive. Clean place where we felt at home: cozy, cocooning and warm. A beautiful exterior for breakfast and other meals outside. A big thank you to Audrey for her exchanges and availability. Thank you for your hospitality and attention to check in. Our stay was very perfect, the accommodation is well maintained and bright, with a very pleasant view of the large garden. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is spotless. Parking was convenient, next to the listing entrance. If we're visiting again, we'll be back with pleasure.

We had a great weekend for an EVJF. Everything was perfect! Aurelie is a quality host! Very attentive, responsive and welcoming! The house and I will even say the complex is a gem!! She was unanimous! Thank you so much Aurélie for offering this little gem! We'll be back for sure!!!!

The apartment was a perfect place for our short stay in La Rochelle with an early morning train to catch. Bathroom robes were such a lovely touch and much appreciated after a busy day around. Our stay was short with a very busy schedule! That's why we only exchanged a few words with our hostess, but we instantly hit it off! We were also unable to enjoy the beautiful pool made available to us, but that will be for another time.

Impeccable studio, in a quiet environment and very well located to visit La Rochelle, Ile de Ré or the Poitevin marsh. Julien is responsive in case of any problems. I would definitely recommend this listing.

We had a great stay at Teddy's place. The apartment was spacious, equipped and nicely decorated. Close to all amenities. Teddy is very friendly, and gave us recommendations on the activities available in La Rochelle and its surroundings! The jacuzzi and terrace are a real plus!! I recommend it 100%. We'll be back!

Corinne is such an amazing and responsive host, and her place was exactly what we needed. Would 100% recommend. A bit about the apartment: it looked exactly as described, comfortable and clean. Its location probably can’t be better since it was right by the pier of Saint-Martin, a very charming and calm village. Now, the real stars were the hosts. Corinne herself was very responsive and proactive and even though she wasn’t there at check-in, she arranged for a family member to not only be there and greet us, but also drive us from the La Rochelle train station to the island. She also called the bus company to confirm our bus time upon departure and was kind enough to allow a later check in so we had a place to leave our belongings while waiting for our train. Overall, amazing hosts. Thank you!

This is the perfect location (for 2 people) close to the coast and a few kilometers from La Rochelle. The house has a private small garden, is very tastefully decorated and the kitchen is equipped with good kitchen appliances. Two bicycles are available for trips in the area. Axel is a very attentive host, who is always available for questions or any problems. Recommended!

Amazing apartment on the port front in La Rochelle, with great views and in the centre of this very walkable town. Lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby. Apartment was clean and tidy with everything you need, including for travelling with a baby. Highly recommended!

Very pleasant stay in Sylvie's apartment, ideal location close to the old port, aquarium and many restaurants, the apartment is large and very clean, the parking is a big asset we were able to enjoy La Rochelle on foot, the Hotel for the delivery of the keys is perfect, and Sylvie is very considerate, call before arrival, advice, etc. A safe bet in La Rochelle. We'll be back at Sylvie's!
