We spent a weekend in this accommodation with friends (there were 6 of us). It was in accordance with the photos and in very good condition. The instructions were very clear with a well-explained arrival. The accommodation is functional, quiet and very well equipped. The beds are comfortable. It is very well placed to discover the city on foot. I highly recommend it ☀️

Very good stay, with a very friendly and pleasant host

We had a great stay in this very well located apartment, close to the beach, restaurants - bars, a park and other local shops. The apartment is good quality, very nice and really clean. Comfortable bedding. In short, we highly recommend it!

Beautiful apartment, clean, carefully decorated, well-equipped and close to the center. Instructions for our arrival were clear and accurate. Charlotte has always been very responsive and kind. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

We stayed one day in Solène's accommodation, access is simple and clearly explained. We were also able to store our bikes in the designated storage room. The communication and accessibility of our hosts were a plus.

The listing is as described and clean. Everything was there for a pleasant stay: well-equipped kitchen, good bedding, outdoor terrace and barbecue, quiet neighborhood. Good communication with the owner. We are very happy with our stay with family.

Pleasant and clean accommodation, just a small downside with the toilet paper which in my opinion, is a little tight for 1 night with 2 people 😊 Otherwise very well

Thank you Véronique for this excellent welcome and for the advice and good addresses (especially the fisherman whose fish and shellfish were excellent and of unparalleled freshness). The charming accommodation was very pleasant, especially in the hot weather of the weekend of the ascension. The small village is pleasant and everything is within walking distance. Special mention for the bakery with its small spelt bread as well as the nearby bar restaurant for its excellent cocktails (and dishes too)

Julien and Auriole were perfect hosts. The location was just perfect and almost grand design with the decor and layout carefully created. The pool & bbq area was brilliant too. My only critique is that Julien should get professional photos. The ones on the website do not do justice as to what an incredible place it really is. Thank you for hosting us 👏🏼

Great stay in this beautiful house! Well located, everything is in compliance, nothing to report! Only downside: the top bunk beds creak a lot when you move at night.

Marie and Julien loved us as hosts. They are available at any time, warm, helpful, very straightforward and provided us with their stylishly furnished and newly renovated house with confidence. We love the house, the cuddly cats and the beautiful and spacious garden with old trees. Garden and pool were maintained daily. The house is quietly located, right next to organic bakery, supermarket and pharmacy. A magnificent footpath through the city park takes you to the center and the sea of la Rochelle. The city is pulsating and delighted us as much as the house and the people. Many thanks for everything! We will be happy to come back!

We had a great time at Antoine's place. Everything was as described, a very warm environment to feel at home. A terrace that is a plus on sunny days. The parking space and the bike room are really assets when you know the difficulty (and the price) of parking in Saint Martin. We strongly recommend!

Great stay!! We highly recommend the accommodation for its location, activities and 100m from the port!! Our host was great and explained the surroundings to us very well. And the most, parking! We will come back without hesitation:)
