Recently renovated, our quiet independent cottage in a private property with shared pool (unheated, accessible early May depending on the weather), 5 minutes' drive from all amenities, will welcome you with pleasure. Located in the heart of the "BLACK PÉRIGORD" between Rocamadour, Périgueux, Brive-la-Gaillarde, 20 minutes from Sarlat, 5 minutes from the Lascaux caves and many other sites. On site, there are many marked pedestrian and bike trails.

As in the 18th century, everything here exudes peace, harmony and beauty. Located in the middle of nature, it is the perfect place to recharge and explore the beautiful Dordogne-Périgord region. We converted this former farmhouse into a luxury home.

Nous mettons à disposition des voyageurs un espace privé se situant au RDC de notre habitation. Il comprend une cuisine, une chambre, Salle de bain (espace partagé avec la chaufferie et la pompe de la piscine) et WC. Vous bénéficiez également de l’accès à la piscine (mise en service de juin à mi septembre). Nous sommes également idéalement situés dans la campagne pour les randonneurs, vttistes et coureurs (trail).

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. You’ll be charmed by this beautifully restored French-style home, originally built in 1821. Thoughtfully renovated to reflect its heritage, it features a large serene lake in the back garden, visible from the elegant stone room. Though centrally located, the property feels secluded—like a countryside retreat. The house comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests.

To respond to many requests, we offer our large cottage consisting of three large bedrooms in a one-bedroom version for a small getaway for two in the off-season. The Jacuzzi and sauna will relax and warm you up if the heat pump pool is still too cold. Our 14 hectares are there to welcome you. Your four-legged friend will also be welcome in Périgord Vert.
