Very good stay in this warm and welcoming little cocoon, I recommend it.

Very easy access to the Île de Ré and La Rochelle, by bus or car. The accommodation is bright and functional. The host is very responsive and pleasant. The terrace and garden are very well maintained.

The accommodation was faithful to its description, quiet and peaceful place. Very good value for money, difficult to find as well at this price. The accommodation is clean and makes you want to stay longer. Thanks for a few days!

We really enjoyed this place for its decor and location. We felt at home. Well-equipped, neat decor, the bikes are a plus. The sea and the bike path are a stone's throw away. Possibility to buy seafood on foot at the Vivier de la Corniche. For us it was a perfect weekend. We'll be back.

Christophe guided us well for our arrival and very well hosted. She's a very nice person. Shops are close to the property, the beach is a stone's throw away . We had a great time. We will recommend it to family and friends.

Very good welcome, instructions given on arrival very clear, accompanied by a house guide with everything you need to know in the accommodation as well as in the region. Very nice clean accommodation with beautiful garden, all accompanied by a lot of amenities. And finally, a super welcoming host! Really great! I have nothing to add 😁

Very nice house, quiet. For 6 people it is ideal. Close to the city center. A small beach easy to access by bike. There are small paths. Great. A parking a little further, very convenient to leave your car because the sector is in the blue zone. A small courtyard surrounded by a low wall with everything to barbecue and spend friendly moments.

Very nice cottage, in a quiet and cozy environment!!! Close to Puy du Fou. The return to calm after the excursions of Puy du Fou, did us the most good. Nice place to relax!!! My advice!!! Thank you Mathilde.

My stay at Jérôme's went very well. The studio was very clean, tidy and functional. The small terrace is lovely. The environment is quiet while being close to the city center. Jérôme was very responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend it! Camille.

My family and I had a great time at Aurore's place. The house is large, tastefully decorated. The outside is large and safe for the kids. Too bad the weather wasn't at the appointment to be able to enjoy the pool. We would recommend this listing!

Great stay! The house is perfect, very well arranged, very bright, very functional with all the electric roller shutters (and even the velux of the bathroom!), the kitchen very well equipped, nice dishes, etc. The living room is very large, for 6 adults + 3 babies we really had space! The rooms are equipped with large closets, the beds are comfortable. We were able to fit our 3 baby beds (including 1 provided) and 2 high chairs without any problems. The jacuzzi of course is a plus, very nice! The enclosed garden is very convenient (we also had 2 dogs). Quiet neighborhood, close to the sea. We only spent 2 nights in this wonderful house but we will return as a family with great pleasure and for longer if we have the opportunity. We recommend this house, whether for a few nights or for long stays to enjoy it even more!!!!

This is typically a cottage by the sea, the sea breeze has done its job and that also belongs when you live by the sea. We know that, because we lived like this for 25 years. Once we were set up, it was also really at home. We slept downstairs with the doors open, two courtyards so our dogs also had the space. Which was really a great point, and that is really quite remarkable on this trip after 6 different airbnb's: a really well-equipped kitchen! What a pleasure, everything was there and well sharpened chef's knives! Really extra praise for this. We had beautiful weather and left with completely different weather but took 🌞it in us 💖

If you want a peaceful stay in Les Sables but close to everything, with a breathtaking view without the disturbances usually accompanying them (noises) in a small nest nicely decorated and incredibly relaxing nights thanks to the great comfort of the bedding, then it's "the place to be"! 10 min from all the most rated restaurants and the Grand-Plage by the "smugglers" (€1.10 per trip), 10 min walk from the supermarket or bicycle rental company, and installed on the marina, at the foot of the first restaurants , I highly recommend this rental. I'll come back as soon as I can! 5 stars, that's for sure! 🔝 Thank You 🙏🏻😊

Nice place in a beautiful place. We had a pleasant stay with a nice walk and a beautiful beach nearby.

Great little apartment, very well maintained and nicely decorated. Surroundings are very scenic, with great beach and coastal path. Location is quiet and yet very convenient, with various restaurants, shopping and tourist and sporting offers in the immediate vicinity. Especially for families, the additional offer of the holiday settlement (pool, table tennis, playground, etc) is also a plus.

Accommodation 5 min walk to the beach, 3/4 km from the city so quiet. Top location and ideal accommodation for 3/4 people.

The stone accommodation is very pleasant with a very nice view of the city, close to many shops and very pleasantly decorated

We had a great time at Antoine's place. Everything was as described, a very warm environment to feel at home. A terrace that is a plus on sunny days. The parking space and the bike room are really assets when you know the difficulty (and the price) of parking in Saint Martin. We strongly recommend!

Great stay!! We highly recommend the accommodation for its location, activities and 100m from the port!! Our host was great and explained the surroundings to us very well. And the most, parking! We will come back without hesitation:)

We had a great stay. We loved the location close to the beach and golf course. The apartment was as described - very functional and quiet. The interactions with David and Hélène were easy and very friendly.
