Well-located and charming accommodation, in a typical neighborhood close to the ocean where the must-see corners of Royan can be visited on foot. In the evening, the nights are quiet and the mattress is comfortable. Thanks to Hugo for his responsiveness and kindness. We'll be back!

The house was superb - spacious, smart and very well-equipped in every respect. It has a lovely pool, pool house and poolside lounging area, which our children and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed. Its location in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer is great, with one beach (Plage du Platin) within easy walking distance and others (Grand Coté, Bureau and Nauzan) just a little further away. There is a good boulangerie (which serves pizzas in the evening) and a seafood supplier just 5 minutes walk away. We would be very happy to stay with Catherine again and thoroughly recommend the house.

A little break by the sea. The accommodation is ideal, well located and well equipped. We had a pleasant weekend. Very good communication with Véronique. We'll be happy to go back!

Thank you Véronique for this excellent welcome and for the advice and good addresses (especially the fisherman whose fish and shellfish were excellent and of unparalleled freshness). The charming accommodation was very pleasant, especially in the hot weather of the weekend of the ascension. The small village is pleasant and everything is within walking distance. Special mention for the bakery with its small spelt bread as well as the nearby bar restaurant for its excellent cocktails (and dishes too)

Great stay in this beautiful house! Well located, everything is in compliance, nothing to report! Only downside: the top bunk beds creak a lot when you move at night.

We had a wonderful stay here for our week in Il de Re. The location of the house is brilliant, in the very centre of the village and just a dander away from restaurants, shops and beach. The house itself is so much more beautiful in reality, a very old renovated fisherman’s cottage with pretty features and lots of atmosphere whilst being super comfortable and with modern facilities. Delphine, our host, was so friendly and helpful with a great sense of humour. The only downside to the rental was the extra charges for laundry and cleaning, I’d rather this was all upfront. Bins are also difficult to navigate. Overall though, I think this is my favourite ever airbnb. Highly recommended.

We had a very good stay at Nadège's accommodation. It is close to both the beach and La Rochelle. In addition, it has everything you need to enjoy your stay.

We had a great time at Antoine's place. Everything was as described, a very warm environment to feel at home. A terrace that is a plus on sunny days. The parking space and the bike room are really assets when you know the difficulty (and the price) of parking in Saint Martin. We strongly recommend!
