It consists of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet. This apartment is 11 minutes from the center and Angers train station. On the Loire à Vélo route.

Traveling for work or personal reasons to Angers and its region? Come and stay in our fully equipped, warm and bright accommodation. Air-conditioned in summer for added comfort. Enjoy a quiet wooded setting, while being close to the city center. A parking space is reserved for you in our private cul-de-sac. Located on the floor of the wooden extension of our residence, you can access it by a staircase and a wooden walkway. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility

Studio 2 steps from the Loire

You will be accommodated on the ground floor of our house in a totally independent studio, you have access to and a view of the garden which is very appreciated! We will be happy to welcome you to our house located on the Loire Valley Cycle Route and close to amenities (shops, bus). Angers is a 10-minute drive, the exhibition center is a 15-minute drive. Reminder, there is no television and the wifi is cut off between midnight and 6 a.m. to avoid waves at night.

If you want to escape for a night or more, the asset will welcome you to its cozy world. In a cabin atmosphere, you will find all the comforts you need to have a good stay... The hut is equipped; a small kitchen with a gas stove, sink, bin, small fridge a bathroom with toilet and shower (⚠the shower is only a backup 5 to 10 min of hot water) towels and sheets are provided for 4 people. 2 deckchairs The boat is not available for sailing.

Recently renovated, it combines modernity and comfort to offer you a pleasant stay. This place is great for 2–3 people: 2 adults and 1 child or baby. You will immediately feel at ease, with only unpacking and enjoying the premises.

Renovated house with quality amenities (2-seater spa bath, traditional Finnish sauna, etc.). Great for a relaxing romantic stay. House located 7 minutes from Angers city center in a quiet, wooded area and 500 m from a park offering beautiful walks. Visitors are not allowed. We sincerely ask that our guests keep the place quiet and respectful for the comfort of neighbors and future tenants, thank you in advance :)
