Nous avons souhaité créer un appartement autonome et confortable à l'étage pour pouvoir accueillir les voyageurs dans notre belle région. Chemins de balade le long de la Loire et la Maine directement depuis la maison. Guinguette à 10 min à pied et tous commerces à 5 min en vélo/voiture. Cyclistes Loire à vélo bienvenus

Appartement en duplex 63m2 dans un quartier résidentiel paisible situé à deux pas des bords de Loire et Maine Situation idéale pour une escale sur la Loire à Vélo, pour explorer les bords de Loire sauvages ou découvrir Angers et alentours. Le logement intégre une cuisine équipée ouverte sur le salon au RDC (canapé dépliable), à l'étage deux chambres (1 lit double / 1 lit enfant) avec salle de bains. Terrasse privative. Une guinguette-restaurant et un magasin bio-restaurant à 150m.

Welcome to our cozy house and peaceful garden, less than 10 minutes from the center of Angers and the Arena Loire de Trelaze. In less than 5 minutes, you will be at the CCI of Angers and you will reach the very lively district of the courts in Angers with all its local shops. You will enjoy the famous Angevin sweetness by strolling through the many parks, visiting the various museums/monuments of the region, and feasting in our restaurants and other guinguettes

Studio 2 steps from the Loire

You will be accommodated on the ground floor of our house in a totally independent studio, you have access to and a view of the garden which is very appreciated! We will be happy to welcome you to our house located on the Loire Valley Cycle Route and close to amenities (shops, bus). Angers is a 10-minute drive, the exhibition center is a 15-minute drive. Reminder, there is no television and the wifi is cut off between midnight and 6 a.m. to avoid waves at night.

La Pointe Windmill Tower
