Village house renovated in 2019 by a renowned architect, ideally located in the village of La Flotte. The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

La maison se situe dans un quartier très calme , à quelques pas de l'océan. (500m) Elle est orientée sud , sud-ouest, avec une terrasse sans vis à vis, le jardin donne sur le vignoble. Le stationnement est gratuit et les pistes cyclables sont à proximité . Idéale pour 4 personnes, je propose toutefois d'accueillir 5 personnes , avec soit un couchage supplémentaire pour bébé ( lit parapluie) , soit un couchage supplémentaire dans le séjour . Le ménage de départ est inclus dans le prix .

Villas Véronique, un bout de paradis sur l’Ile de Ré Un endroit unique pour une nouvelle approche du luxe. Superbe villa avec piscine chauffée privative à 50 m de la mer. La pièce à vivre est ouverte sur l'extérieur. Une chambre avec un lit double et une literie de grande qualité communique avec le salon par l'intermédiaire d'une grande porte sculptée en bois de palissandre. La deuxième chambre possède un lit simple. La salle de bain dispose d'une douche à l'italienne en pierre naturelle.

75 m2 house located 10 minutes' walk from the beach and 5 minutes from shops. The house consists of 2 bedrooms with a 200 x 160 bed and a 190 x 140 bed (sheets not provided) plus an extra 190 x 90 bed (suitable for a child but not for an adult). 20 m terrace facing south. The accommodation has Wi-Fi access and a TV (access only to Netflix). ⚠️ IMPORTANT Towels and sheets are not provided thank you I remain available if you have any additional questions.

You can park 2 cars in the yard. Bed linen and towels are provided for a week's booking. Full of charm with its thick walls, this house is perfect for vacations for families or groups of friends.
