Profitez d'une villa rétaise à 5mn à pieds de la plage de la Basse Benaie et à proximité des commerces de Sainte Marie de Ré. La villa offre des équipements haut de gamme. Toutes les chambres sont des suites et disposent de leur propre salle de douche. Il est également possible de stationner 1 véhicule (stationnement privé et sécurisé en plein air).

House of approximately 60 m2 of living space, comprising: An entrance, a living room with open kitchen, a shower room, separate toilet, a first bedroom with queen-size bed (160 X 200) and a second bedroom with two single beds (90 X 190). Outdoor terrace of approximately 38 m2. Sheets are not provided but it is possible to rent bath towel/sheet kits: €20/person for the duration of the stay. Or only sheets: €15/person for the duration of the stay.

A bike shelter is accessible.

A former chai completely renovated in 2014, you will have the charm of old facades combined with a comfortable and modern interior.
