An easy 5-star rating. The place is beautiful, right in downtown Saintes, walking distance to amazing restaurants and the city center. Anne and Lionel are SO kind and helpful, and made me feel right at home. The space was clean and inviting. I would return in a heartbeat! Thank you, Anne and Lionel, for a superb experience!

Very nice accommodation in the middle of the city. It was hot, so I wanted to open the windows, but the restaurants are open very late at night and are very noisy. Unable to sleep before 1 a.m. I missed the blackout shutters. The day appears very, very, very early: around 6:30 in the morning at the beginning of summer. Please note, the air conditioning is a mobile device. It is therefore rather a noisy air extractor, which requires opening the windows... I had problems with the parking badge that didn't work. Medhi was very responsive in trying to find solutions. For organizational reasons, and simplicity (which is far from the parking lot...) I parked in the November 11 square which is free. Except, in the morning, there are often events and the signs are not readable. So my car was impounded. In the end, the parking cost me a lot! For WiFi, remember to check the code, the one indicated on the site is not the right one.

We had a great time at Jean-Pierre's place. Everything was as advertised: the room is well-equipped, clean and functional, ideal for a short stay. The location is perfect, in a quiet neighborhood but close to the center and the arenas. Big plus for the small terrace, very nice. Jean-Pierre is a responsive and discreet host, which makes the stay even more smooth. Thank you!
