My place is perfect for couples, solo and business travelers. It's located in a very quiet location ( it's almost the countryside to the city) 20 minutes walk from Nancy Train Station and 5 minutes from a bus stop. It is a very green place in the middle of the gardens. However it is located in a trail and has no direct access to the house by car. It is necessary to walk 50m in the path.

Studio equipped on the ground floor of a building , on the courtyard side with private entrance and secured by digicode . About 25 m2 composed of a living area: living room with sofa bed , open kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Guests can take advantage of the common courtyard/terrace.
