It is an old building that has been completely renovated and equipped with a ceramic stovetop, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, small appliances, dishes, bed linens, and towels. It has a closed patio with access from the kitchen to relax or eat outside and a balcony overlooking the street.

Nuestra casa está en Toriello, un pueblo a 5 km de Ribadesella y a 25 km de Llanes. Es ideal para familias con niños, parejas ó amigos que quieran pasar unos días al aire libre en un sitio tranquilo y poder disfrutar del paisaje y playas de toda la zona. La finca está totalmente cerrada. Dispone de una piscina privada de agua salada y aparcamiento dentro de la finca para varios coches. Dentro de la finca hay una pequeña construcción donde quedamos nosotros algun dia.

Mar de Petra is a cozy cabin decorated in a modern rustic style. Located in the village of Parres, 4 km from downtown Llanes, it is surrounded by nature, donkeys and cows. The remarkable thing is that it is in a very quiet area within the council. Its porch area is fantastic for reading, having a barbecue or just disconnecting and enjoying the scenery. It has underfloor heating, which provides very comfortable warmth. Both bedrooms have a 1.50 cm bed.
