The house is beautiful and has all the amenities needed. The decor is great. Clean, beautiful and functional. We enjoyed our stay and can only recommend you to put your bags there! The location is ideal, next to everything you need (markets, walks, activities). A big thank you to Cécile and her husband for their welcome and kindness, as well as for their good advice. FANTASTIC, one of our most beautiful accommodations in the Ardeche! No frills, lots of wood and sustainable materials. Many special features in and around the house: sleeping in sheep's wool; a toilet that doesn't need a window... and it's so easy to save water: shower head with color change. Healthy indoor climate - no need for air conditioning here. Pleasantly cool inside, even when the outside temperature is over 30 degrees. Secluded garden behind the house - you are practically sitting in the oak forest! Top location, absolutely quiet - we will come back!

Rafael was a very welcoming and accommodating host in terms of arrival and departure times. He gave us clear information for our stay. The space was clean and matches the photos. The location of this one allowed us to spend a relaxing vacation in the company of our kitten (who also enjoyed the accommodation). Thank you so much for this stay!

We had an exceptional and rejuvenating stay! The cottage is very well equipped and so pleasant. We enjoyed the pool and the terrace, where the view is breathtaking. We were greeted with great kindness and very good advice for visiting the region. Agnes and her husband are very friendly and flexible. Caroline was a very good host. She was always helpful with questions. The house is even nicer than in the photos. The pool is really very large and the view is great. The terrace is also beautiful and there is a large grill. You can switch off and relax very well there. The house is a little difficult to reach by car, because the last 500 meters lead over an unpaved road. I recommend an SUV. We were 7 people and had a lot of space, as the living space and the kitchen are very large. All in all, I can definitely recommend it. We had a great time. Thank you!

Great stay with friends or small and large children had a great time! Very beautiful spaces, charm and taste! We could easily have stayed there the whole stay, we feel so good in this house! Very nice and safe pool for children, we enjoyed it 😃😃

This old converted water mill makes a lovely family house, perfect for all generations. It is isolated (no need to worry about children screaming in the swimming pool) and surrounded by beautiful countryside, with signed hiking trails in all directions. You can walk to the very attractive village of Lussan for an ice cream or drink, (but any sort of food shopping does mean a car journey.) Our group comprised grandparents, parents and three children (aged 3 to 8). The children loved the pool, the trampoline and the bikes. The adults enjoyed boules and molkii. (There's also table tennis and lots of board games.) Vincent, the owner, lives close by and we were amazed at how quickly and efficiently he came round to deal with any little problems.

Shirley's apartment was perfect for the four of us with a dog to enjoy the fantastic Labeaume and the great area for a week. The attractively and practically furnished apartment and especially the terrace were even a little more spacious than expected and pleasantly bright through the window front and skylight. For us it was no problem, but less mobile or particularly noise-sensitive people should note that the apartment is located at the back of the village square with a (very cozy) bar and is accessible on the second floor via two external stairs. Shirley was a perfect host, she was always helpful, flexible and easy to reach when needed. 100% recommendation!

The four of us (with two children) spent one night in Philippes apartment while passing through. Everything was as described and we were able to recover very well for the onward journey.

We had an unexpected break at Cinthia's. Every detail is designed for our well-being. We had a great time sharing and laughing. We discovered lots of relaxation devices that we can easily buy. We weren't able to try everything in 3 days, it's too short. We'll be back, we have to.

Annick is a very kind and generous host. You feel right at home in the authentic french farmhouse. Annick kindly shared some of her home grown cherries and apricots which were delicious. The pool was fantastic with beautiful views across lavender and vineyards. Would highly recommend you experience a stay in this lovely accommodation

Beautiful place. Very authentic, decorated with great taste. Great for a large family or families. It was our first time in the region, and I wish I had researched it a bit more before going because you have to know where to go. Some villages and places are stunning, and some other areas you have to avoid. Overall I would really recommend.

The atmosphere there is really great. It is very quiet and feels like it is in the middle of nature. Nevertheless, the great bakery, a small supermarket and a nice restaurant are within a five-minute walk. The vintage style of the furnishings and the garden with two terraces and a pool make the stay perfect. The pool is even bigger than it looks in the pictures. Lézan is very rural but well suited as a starting point for excursions. Fabrice's tips and hints were very helpful. We felt very comfortable there and there is everything you need for a vacation. Be sure to visit the organic winemaker next door and buy wine!

We loved the house, clean, bright and beautifully decorated. The village is charming and all the people we met were very friendly. We highly recommend. In addition, the region is beautiful! We'll be happy to go back.

a wonderful weekend for 8 adults, time for annual reunions. A very beautiful outdoor garden overlooking the lavender fields. Everything starts with a warm welcome from the owners (who live on site but are very discreet!). A magnificent and very well-equipped house, both inside and outside! An incredible swimming pool and petanque molky volleyball activities that allow you to stay all weekend in the middle of the greenery. Very good memories, thank you to Myriam and Pascal!
