The stay was very welcoming, and I really appreciated the thoughtful snacks provided. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. However, it did get a bit warm at times due to the lack of a ceiling fan, and the bathroom fan didn’t seem strong enough to clear out the steam—there was noticeable condensation on the walls. Still, a cozy place with nice touches!

Bed was comfortable but small. The room was pretty hot--over 80 upon arrival--so we had to cool it down, There was a smoke warning from Canadian forest fires--we learned on day 3 when someone mentioned at a local nature preserve--caused a lot of coughing because we didnt realize it. We had windows open to cool down at night. Just be aware this summer.

We had a wonderful experience staying here. We booked here because my suster was fetrinf married neae by and we needed a place to get ready. There was plenty of space and rooms for everyone! The dexk was beautiful to hang out on!We ran into a small issue with outlits not working by the slider door but was able to make it work!

This home is beautifully designed and located high above the water, affording a spectacular view of the ocean. It is spacious and well appointed for entertaining. We had a lovely time with our adult children who appreciated the sunny deck and fire pit. We absolutely plan to return again in the future.

Linden Cottage was a wonderful home for our visit to NH. Our son was graduating high school in Exeter about 20 minutes away. This house accommodated our whole family. It is lovingly decorated, cozy, and clean. The hosts have every single thing you might forget as well! Wonderful coffee, a great washer and dryer, comfy beds, and awesome showers. We were able to relax and visit as a family. We would definitely come back. Thank you!

Absolutely incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place was something special. The property was immaculate—clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Every detail, from the cozy bedding to the pristine kitchen, was perfection and made our trip unforgettable. Judith went above and beyond in every way, and clearly thought of everything a guest would need to feel right at home. She is also very responsive and easy to communicate with Without question, this property sets the gold standard for all Airbnb rentals. Maggie is a gem! Not only was her lodging clean, spacious, and in a perfect location for touring Salem, Maggie added personal touches that really made the location stand out. From a guide book that she’s created with recommendations on things to see and places to eat, to cupcakes and goodies for the kids (and us!), it really was a perfect stay for a weekend getaway. If I’m ever up that way again, I would not hesitate to book with her again!

The home was exactly as described. There were plenty of towels, linen and beds for a group of 10. The home was spotless and was very comfortable. Anna-Lisa was an amazing host. She provided clear instructions for entry into the home, offered lots of recommendations and was very quick to respond to all inquiries. The she shed was a bonus for any mom needing a few moments away.

Very beautiful house, so much space. Great place for family reunion because of how many bedrooms and available bathrooms! I just loved when I was exploring the house of how many things astonished me with the 2 stairs and so many different rooms. Big yard open concept kitchen and living room , just perfect!

Everything was great , the place is as exactly as described , super clean and organized. plus it's located right in the heart of Salem so it was super easy and quick to get back home from after our walking tour! Tristan was a great host

What a gem!! Ana's appartement is amazing. The bedrooms are large with good mattresses and furniture. Kitchen is great too. There is a nice patio to sit on at the back. Ana's house is extrememy clean, cosy and very well maintained, we will definitely stay here again when we visit Boston!

Had a wonderful one night stay at Bryan’s place while visiting family. Home was extremely clean and quiet and had everything we needed. The provided snack basket/water was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again.

Diane’s condo was a wonderful choice! Her place is clean and spacious and she left very clear helpful instructions for an easy stay. It comes with everything you need and anything you’d want to do in walking distance, highly recommend this spot!

We are very happy with our choice to stay at Andree's beautiful condo. Andree's place had everything -- everything -- we (and our dogs!) could need. She even provided a drawerful of dog bowls, toys, and treats -- not to mention doggy stairs and a doggy bed and coverings. The Himalayan yak cheese treats were brilliant, as they kept Tuxy and Jersey Girl occupied for quiet and satisfied mornings! The king bed was SO COMFORTABLE, and the 2 large TVs were perfectly placed. It was a great location -- right downtown, and also right on Back Harbor. We could walk out the door and watch the sunset shimmer on the water -- or walk in the other direction for a delicious gelato, fantastic seafood, or browsing local shops and galleries. Rockport is a delightful town in which to spend a summer holiday, and we highly recommend Andree's place.

This AirBnB was perfect for the six of us in town for a wedding. Not only was it clean, but having access to the kitchen and two full bathrooms was incredibly helpful. Interior was beautifully decorated and well maintained without feeling too stuffy or sterile. Very cozy and felt at home while traveling. Even though we had to take a few flights of stairs to access, it didn’t feel like a burden. Host was extremely communicative and helpful the whole weekend. Even though it is a condo, you feel like it is truly a private residence the whole time.

My husband and I took my mother-in-law to Manchester for a few days and this condo was the perfect place to call home while we were there. The location couldn’t have been better; within walking distance to neighborhood shops and restaurants. And the condo couldn’t have been nicer. From the adorable front door, to the small kitchen, comfy beds and furniture, it was perfectly equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Plus, Tyler was very responsive and friendly to deal with. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here gain if I return to Manchester.

Shila's home was a magical, cozy, and beautiful place. If you're looking for a vacation, I highly recommend booking this house. There are good restaurants nearby and lots of stores to visit around town. The neighborhood and house were very clean and quiet. The window in the kitchen also offers gorgeous views during breakfast.
