Our apartment is located in the beautiful village of Fjällbäcken in Lindvallen. In the area, there is a swimming pool and paddle court (the pool's opening hours are June-August). Fjällbäcken is a newly built area in 2024 and our apartment is located about 250 meters from the new lift Söderåsen Express (with heated seats, etc.). From here you can reach all the slopes in Lindvallen. Most things can be found within walking distance such as Experium with adventure pool, spa, bowling, restaurants and shops. Also close to cross-country trails, hiking trails, climbing park and bike paths/trail.

Luxurious mountain accommodation with ski in/ski out

At the top of the timber village, above the Experium square in Lindvallen, is the new Timmerbyn top. Here you can put on your skis and go through the ski tunnel next to the house directly down to the lift in the morning. The ceiling height of almost 4 meters gives a magical view of mountains and slopes both when you sit at the kitchen table and from the bed in the evening. Sauna and fireplace create a wonderful atmosphere after a long day on the slopes. Possibility of relaxation is also available in the association's shared pool with sun deck.

Spacious apartment on the lower floor in a basement villa only 1 km from Kläppen Ski Resort. The apartment is 85 m2 divided into kitchen, dining room, living room/den, two bedrooms and toilet/shower. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two bunk beds, a total of 6 beds. There is also a utility room with the possibility to hang and dry clothes in drying cabinets. WiFi and Canal Digital's full range is available. Bed linens and towels are not included. Cleaning is not included in the basic price but can be purchased from the host.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally-located accommodation. Ski in, ski out with Lindvallen, ski school and cross-country skiing at your doorstep. Likewise, Sälfjällstorget with several restaurants, ice rink, ski rental, etc. The mountain bus also stops there, giving access to the entire Sälensfjällen. Of course, we have our own sauna and fireplace. Private ski storage and private parking. The association also has some common parking spaces with electric car chargers, type 2 outlets, for a fee.

Pool & Padel are available to use in the area during summertime! From the apartment, it is a short walk of about 300 meters to the Söderåsen chairlift and about 900 meters to Experium, where there are adventure pools, bowling, restaurants and shops.

Sälen/Lindvallen

We are renting out our apartment in Lindvallen. The apartment is next door to Olarsgården in Lindvallen. For lift (300 m) and service, it is only a few minutes walk to Sälfjällstorget's range of services, restaurants and entertainment. The accommodation is of a very good standard and has everything needed for comfortable self-catering. Possibility to rent bed linen (SEK 100/person).
