In the front row with a sea view, the ground floor apartment has a patio for dining outside, a deckchair for sunbathing in the garden and a shower for cooling off outdoors. The interior consists of a kitchen with a kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a bathroom with a shower; recently renovated with fine furnishings, it has air conditioning, a washing machine and a dishwasher. Cala Suaraccia is the nearest beach within walking distance via private paths, other nearby beaches: Cala Brandinchi, Punta Est, La Cinta di San Teodoro.
