This unique, art-filled apartment is in a listed 1939 building by Mon Repos park, 2 min from metro & center. You’ll enjoy 100 m² of private space (5.5 rooms total, 135 m²). I usually live here but will be away: you will have full privacy. One bedroom stays closed for groups under 6 people. unless needed. If you needs more comfort in separate rooms (e.g. 2 guests in 2 beds, or 3 in 3), I’ll open it for CHF 40/night. All are welcome, wherever you’re from, whatever you believe, whoever you love.

Our accommodation is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and families (with children). The flat of 65m2 size is a new building with air conditioner, big balcony, free internal parking & with an excellent view to the lake and mountain. It's at 200 steps to public transport with which you can acces all the swiss public transport system. It's easy to get to the swiss highway by car. Entire location completely intended for AirBnb customers. Partying is prohibited.

Cozy and independent 2-room apartment recently furnished in our house. Bright, modern and well laid out, it enjoys a lovely view and is located 8 minutes from the M1 metro to Lausanne-centre or UNIL and EPFL. 15-minute walk to the lake or Vaudoise Arena. The CHUV is easily accessible by metros M1 and M2. Separate entrance, living room with equipped kitchen and dining area. Bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Covered south-facing terrace with 2 armchairs.

Very bright dual-aspect apartment with 2 balconies. One faces south-east, overlooking a communal garden so it's quiet, ideal for a sunny breakfast and lunch. Spacious room with desk. The apartment is located in the city center so close to all amenities. 3 min walk to Place de la Riponne and its metro, Flon district. 20 min walk from the train station. Multiple bus stops around the apartment. Covered parking at Le Valentin is a 1-min walk away.

This home with a garden and pool is a 5-minute walk from the subway and Aquatis. It allows you to be in town while enjoying tranquility and greenery. At the Vennes motorway exit, it is easy to access and has a parking space. Sauvabelin, its forest and pond are a 5-minute drive away. Ideal for a family of up to 3 children. Please note that noisy parties are not allowed. It is also forbidden to exceed the number of people without prior authorization.

The entire place is at the guest's disposal. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful location close to shops ( Coop, denner, migros, ...) restaurants and pharmacies, but also stops public transport ( metro and buses). I would like to clarify that the accommodation does not have free parking space. However, guests by vehicle can park their cars in public parking lots. Blue spots are free. You have to have a record.
