Villa Théo is nestled on more than 2 hectares of land overlooking the Tarn. The estate is composed of 5 houses dating from the 15th to the 18th century. Situated less than 100 metres from the GR "Au fil du Tarn" and less than 40 minutes from Albi, it is the ideal place to enjoy the peace and quiet during your holidays. Your Villa Théo for 4 persons will be composed of a living room/kitchen area, 2 bedrooms and a private garden area where you can enjoy the sunrise!

La Grange de la Vilandié between Albi and Cordes

La Grange, in white stones and wood frame, is a few decades old. In the center of a farm property, it has been completely renovated. The cottage is on one level, keeping the charm of yesteryear. A large living room with fully equipped kitchen, large dining table and sitting area will offer you delicious moments of sharing. Charming and warm stone house with its wooden interior. It is located at the place called "Le Rouve", 35 minutes from the Viaduct de Millau and Rodez. You will be a 5 min walk to Lac de Pareloup, renowned for the practice of water sports and fishing. The Aveyron is diverse both by its cultural heritage (Soulages Museum, micropolis, etc...) as well as by its landscapes (Gorges du Tarn, Aubrac, etc...) and its gastronomy (Roquefort, Aligot, etc...)
