We stayed at Monica and Giuliano's place on New Year's Eve, they were very kind and helpful in everything, they welcomed us in a friendly way, explained a little features of the house and gave advice on places to visit, the house is beautiful, even better live, clean, tidy, absolute privacy and a huge outdoor space all fenced in, very beautiful villages to visit nearby. I recommend and we will definitely return..

We were very happy to have stayed in Stefania's house! I recommend this destination to those who want to spend days in peace. The house is large, very welcoming and super clean. Stefania was very precise, provided us with all the necessary information and made herself available for anything we might need. I'd add that she was also very nice, because she gave us a bottle of wine and brought us some lentils (super good) that she had cooked for New Year's Eve.

The place was lovely and clean; in my opinion it’s even better than the photos. The view from all of the balconies was beautiful. Massimo and his family were very friendly and welcoming. It is up a big hill but worth it to see the surroundings. Couldn’t recommend it enough, thank you!

Giovanni is an extraordinarily friendly host! He welcomed us with a glass of vine and melon and showed us his unbelievably gorgeous old monastery. We stayed for a week and had a great and comfortable time and no wish remained open… There is no 6th star here, but we‘ll give it in spirit! Thank you, Giovanni!

The stay at the villa was wonderful! The best way to get to the accommodation is by car (large parking lot available), the house is on the hill just above Lavagna. Between numerous olive trees and with a view of the sea, this is the perfect place to relax and enjoy! The accommodation was sparkling clean and stylishly furnished, the kitchen is superbly equipped. The infrastructure and the surroundings look very well maintained. Communication was straightforward and very friendly - whether by chat, phone or on site. We enjoyed our stay and are happy to recommend the place!

Remo’s home in Sestri Levante is perfect. Views overlooking the entire bay, with a short walk into the town. Giusy checked us in, helped register our vehicles, and made us feel right at home. Check in and check out times were flexible which we appreciated very much. Definitely recommend!

The house itself was perfect for two families (as long as the siblings are ok to share beds or to sleep in the basement, also very comfortable). The kitchen was equipped, the pool warmed up, the terrace beautiful and the awesome view. We were able to hike, gorge-walking, visit the towns on the coast and rest on the terrace in peace. We booked the house on the day, having to leave the mountain (the holidays planned) because of the weather. Elena responded to us right away, making our lives easier.

Great stay! The venue was beautiful and great to host a few people and get some friends over for a few drinks. With a beautiful weather it was great to stay outside and enjoy the day!!

I'm not usually one to give a rave review but, if you're looking for a private retreat surrounded by natural beauty so you can focus on time with your family and/or friends while still having easy access to the local towns, this place is perfection. It marries old world charm with modern amenities seamlessly. We are already thinking about our next trip back so we can stay here again!

What an outstanding Airbnb. The location is beautiful and very convenient to everything the area has to offer. Starting from the beginning, Michele's instructions on entering the property were very clear. The property benefits from a private parking space, which in Liguria is both rare and a luxury! Both the inside and outside space were beautiful--the pictures are very accurate. We were able to settle in right away. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen serviceable and the outside terraces perfect for lounging. The views of the sea, Rappalo and its peninsula are stunning. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. One word of caution, typical of Liguria, the house is reached by a series of stairs from the parking area. I would definitely not recommend this property to anyone who is not able to easily navigate steep steps.

Fabrizio's house is fantastic. It is located in a typical Italian countryside environment. The view is great, the pool is wonderful, huge terraces ensured undisturbed conversations. The house is very well equipped and luckily there is air conditioning everywhere. Fabrizio is a super host and his house is ideal for larger families or groups of friends who want to relax.

Large elevated villa with two terraces with beautiful views overlooking Lavagna and the sea. Very nice, clean, tastefully decorated. Barbecues and garden tables enjoyed. Parking in a plot below. We wish we could have put the car in the inner square yet available. A few bowls/dishes are lacking in dishes.

Our stay at this property was wonderful! The beautiful view of the sea and the immersive natural surroundings made it a perfect getaway. The house offered near complete privacy, and our kids loved the pool. The location is excellent, with great proximity to Rapallo, Santa Margarita, and Portofino. Communication with the host was easy and smooth. Highly recommended!

Lovely place, the pictures don’t do justice to the spectacular views and grounds. The view from the pool over the hills and mountains is incredible. We loved the location but it won’t suit everyone, it’s quite remote and we would definitely recommend some sort of 4 x 4 or SUV when hiring a car as the road leading up to it gets very bumpy and to get to the top of the mountain and appreciate the countryside it’s better to have a more capable vehicle.

wonderful villa with a very impressive panoramic view over the surrounding hills with the beautiful peaks of Alpi apuane in the background. the house and surrounding terrain is big, plenty of space. lots of birds singing around the house. we did a lot of hiking around in Lunigiana which feels a bit like a well-kept secret (beautiful but not many tourists). we liked Fivizzano, but basically every little village is quite pretty here.

We had a great time! The villa is high on the hill with endlessly pretty views. The benefit of a terrace outside each bedroom was a lovely addition, each had amazing views to enjoy your morning coffee. The pool area was a perfect space for the whole group, and the large table on the main terrace was perfectly spacious for a big group. There are a great many areas of table and chairs to escape to. The bus runs each hour to and from Rapallo, on the road beneath the house. From Rapallo there are the ferries and trains to many surrounding areas. We also took the steps down into Santa Margherita which takes about 20 minutes. Overall the location is very much easy enough to reach with public transport and a nice escape for large groups. The Villa itself was a lovely space to spend the day and night in and was clean. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay at Stefano's house! The location was beautiful - we did some really lovely walks in the surrounding hills and some day trips to the coast. The house itself was wonderful. We loved the character of the building and appreciated the care with which it has been restored. The furniture was all really interesting and well curated. We felt right at home and it was the perfect cosy spot on the colder days. We still managed to enjoy the pool when the sun came out! We would definitely love to come and stay again someday. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much for sharing your house with us :)

We were able to enjoy a wonderful vacation in Sabrina's house - the perfect place to really unwind. The kitchen is super equipped, we grilled, baked pizza and cooked a lot of good food - it was wonderful! The beds are very comfortable and the house was very well maintained overall - you can feel how much love Sabrina puts into it, that's really nice. Thanks Sabrina for your hospitality! Serene’s place is stunning. Our two families thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful house. Plenty of space for 8 of us in the main house and annex. We ate on the shaded terrace and at the big round garden table. A highlight was making our own pizza in the wood burning pizza oven, fun was also has playing table tennis and table football. We loved the pool with its magnificent views and were grateful for the shade and comfortable seating around the poolside. Loris took great care of us, gave recommendations and even made us a delicious tiramisu! Highly recommend!
