Here you can live in a cozy, brand new cabin with a large terrace and location close to the sea and many great swimming areas. Short distance to small towns with restaurants, shops, bakery and fish shop with fresh seafood from local fishermen. Saltholmen with sandy beach, rocks, marina and coastal trail is only 7 mins by car. 5 min. to great golf course. It is 15 minutes to Fredrikstad and cozy old town, an experience in itself. The cabin is a perfect place for relaxing in the sun wall or by the Sea.

New large residential complex is being built in the area and is finished in autumn 25. There are shops restaurant and gym. Pets are unfortunately not possible to bring due to allergies.

Saltnes er kjent for sine fantastiske solnedganger, og her får du tribuneplass til å nyte både fra spabad, under tak på terrassen eller fra sofaen godt surret inn i et pledd. Vi har også kyststien ikke langt unna, som gir mulighet til flotte turer i den fine bygda vår.
