The house is delightful, a small Bijoux in the heart of P. S. Giorgio! Close to the station, shopping streets, the sea! Very well served. Refined, elegant environment, with attention to detail. It offers two floors: on the first floor there is the entrance, kitchen, living room with single sofa bed and a bathroom served. On the second floor, with the ceiling of wooden beams, there is a bedroom, with a double bed and a bathroom with all the amenities. The room is equipped with a small balcony, air conditioning!

Saremo felici di ospitarvi nella nostra casa al mare a Casabianca di Fermo. Posto al primo piano di una palazzina tranquilla, l’appartamento di 65 mq si trova a pochi passi dal mare. Nelle vicinanze potete trovare tutto quello che vi serve per trascorrere una bella vacanza nel fermano: mare, spiagge libere ed attrezzare, aree verdi, una bella pista ciclabile. Ottima posizione per visitare il fermano con i suoi bellissimi borghi. Vi aspettiamo!

Our treehouse in the woods, built from iron and originally used as a bivouac, has been transformed into a retreat inspired by Japanese philosophy. Inside, it offers a unique experience with an ofuro (traditional Japanese bathtub), a sauna for relaxation, and an emotional shower that stimulates the senses. The minimalist design and attention to detail create a serene atmosphere, perfect for rejuvenating in harmony with the surrounding nature.

Casale Biancopecora, Casa Cerqua

Apartment Casa Cerqua of 100 sq. meters finely furnished, we recovered all the old materials of the house in the recent renovation adapting the old farmhouse to the latest earthquake regulations. The decor is a good mix of modern and old, elegant but functional. Outside there is a large private area available to guests, with a shaded dining area and private barbecue. A 12x4.5 swimming pool with a shaded porch is available to guests.
