Alpinloft – Modernes Appartement mit Tiroler Flair

A loft leaves everything open. That's how it is with us: plenty of space, an unobstructed view upwards and beautiful views over the meadows of our village. In the loft you can stretch out, breathe deeply, look up at the sky. It is very bright and friendly, modern, fine to live in. We took the best: a hotel bed DeLuxe for (almost) eternally long sleep; designer kitchen to make fine scrambled eggs for your sweetheart, a couch made of genuine leather and warm organic oak floor. Kaiserfleckerl - Almwiesn

The Kaiserfleckerl was completed in 2021, combining modern architecture with sustainable design and great attention to detail. Featuring two cozy bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed, it is ideal for families, couples, and groups of friends. The gondola to the Wilder Kaiser-Brixental ski area is just a 5-minute ride away by free ski bus or car. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or an active holiday, the Kaiserfleckerl is the perfect starting point in the heart of Tyrol.

Apartment central market

The property is located at the center of the Hopfgarten market town of Hopfgarten. The gondola lift can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, the central parking lot, the Brixentaler Dom and the Berglift train station are also in the immediate vicinity. Around the apartment there are restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping. The apartment is the ideal starting point for numerous activities, from skiing tobogganing, hiking, bathing or simply relaxing in our wonderful mountains.

Apartment on the farm

The farm is situated in a quiet, secluded location. On the farm there are only two apartments and also a few Icelandic horses and sheep have their home here. Here you can relax and enjoy your vacation, whether in winter with the countless winter sports possibilities or in summer with numerous hiking possibilities and swimming lakes. The Ski World can be reached in 2 minutes by car, or you can walk 400 meters on foot and start your ski day directly on the slope.

Central bright basement apartment (small terrace summer)

Centrally located accommodation just 5 minutes from the center. Nevertheless, the apartment is located in a quiet residential area. The studio apartment is located in the basement, but has a large light shaft. Equipped with separate bathroom with shower/toilet, small kitchen with oven, coffee maker and fridge. In addition, cozy double bed, perfect for 2 adults. The large light shaft has terrace furniture. Unfortunately no view but directly at the ski bus stop.

Apartment 1 with 1 bedroom

COSTS ON SITE: -bedlinen and towels set: 16,90 € per person and set As you look out of your apartment directly onto the Kitzbühel mountains, you are already eager to finally grab your things to start the day. But you still want to enjoy your breakfast in peace and quiet. The holiday apartment Haus Auner Top 5a, which is situated in Westendorf, overlooks the Alps. The 80 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as a washing machine. A baby crib and a high chair are available free of charge upon request. This vacation rental features a shared open terrace for relaxed evenings.
