Unser familienfreundliches Ferienhaus, auf unserem kleinen Bauernhof, liegt in sehr sonniger und ruhiger Lage in Ortsnähe, im Wandergebiet Krispl/Gaißau (Tennengau).Die Keltenstadt Hallein erreichen Sie mit dem Auto in ca. 20 min., die Mozartstadt Salzburg in ca. 30 min. und das nächste Skigebiet in 40 min. Diverse Sommer- und Winterwanderwege/Badeseen laden ein, die schöne Umgebung in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Auch 2026 erhalten meine Gäste die Tennengau Card und Mobilitäts Ticket per EMail.

Das Haus liegt auf einem großen Familiengrundstück mit geteiltem Seezugang– perfekt zum Schwimmen, Entspannen oder Bootfahren. Direkt vor der Tür beginnen Wanderwege zum Schafberg, dem Schwarzensee oder durch die beeindruckende Burggrabenklamm (momentan leider geschlossen). Ideal für: Erholungsuchende & Naturliebhaber Familienurlaube Wanderfreunde & Bergsteiger (Schafberg direkt erreichbar) Baden, Bootfahren, etc

Vacation home in the countryside on the outskirts of Salzburg

Das Ferienhaus liegt neben unserem kleinen Bauernhof auf einer grünen Wiese, umgeben von Wald, am Stadtrand von Salzburg. Du hast ein ganzes Haus für dich allein. Bei uns führt keine öffentliche Straße vorbei, es ist also ruhig und doch der Stadt so nah. Vor dem Haus befinden sich kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten und in 10 Minuten (0,7km) bist du bei der Bushaltestelle (bergab) um in die Stadt zu gelangen. Vom Bus zu uns rauf geht man je nach Kondition. Wir empfehlen für die Anreise immer ein Taxi.

The bright, open-plan holiday home in the village of Nussdorf on the fantastically beautiful Attersee offers the ideal setting for family holidays or holidays with friends. The lake is only a 7 minute walk away, as is the village center. Swing on your bike and explore the Salzkammergut right from the front door. Many walking and hiking trails start nearby. At the spacious terrace, you'll start your vacation day with a breakfast with a lake view, and end at the barbecue evening.

Relax Appartment on farmland

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

Stylish, practical, good!

We renovated our 2-room apartment "Black & White" with attention to detail, refurnished it and created a wonderful overall concept. The bedroom is bright, all in white, natural Scandinavian chic. The living room with the small fitted kitchen with dark grey/black furniture that moves between industrial style and art deco. But the most beautiful thing is the view from the breakfast table of the Alps and Salzburg's magical local mountain - the Untersberg.

Idyllic tranquility in the mountains of Attersee

Our cozy apartment is located in our single-family home in the mountains. You look into the mountains and enjoy the idyllic tranquility. The apartment is intended to be more than a family apartment. The bathroom is accessed through the bedroom. Only 4.5 km from Lake Attersee, you can do numerous leisure activities. The nearest shopping is right in the adjacent village of Nussdorf 4.5 km. Our property is not accessible by public transportation.
