Samsula Cottage peaceful setting and relaxing

1926 Samsula cottage has a relaxed quiet beach feel. It is off highway 44 and ten minutes to the beach close to Daytona racing. The cottage sits on 10 acres room for bikes, and Rv’s. It can sleep 4. Pet friendly and there is an enclosed pet run or shed for bikes. Golfing and good restaurants are three minutes. DisneyWorld is one hour away. We have one bedroom with queen bed and one queen sleeper in the patio area. The space sleeps four. We are following cleaning guidelines recommended by Airbnb.

Tiny Home with full kitchen on a peaceful 13 acres in a small town. Owner lives on site, but the tiny home is away from the main house so it is private. Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple kids. Room for more than one car or a trailer. The garage is not part of the rental as we have personal items stored in there. Our "Beach House" is 10 minutes from Daytona Beach - close to the beach, Daytona Speedway, shopping, restaurants, downtown entertainment, etc. We are 1 hour from Orlando attractions. Our neighborhood is a very quiet, suburban neighborhood. Sorry - NO bikes. Some renters might find this too restrictive, if this is you, we ask that you do not rent with us. Our property is not pet friendly.
