This home was built in 1920 and has been recently renovated (2018) from top to bottom preserving its historic character and charm while adding modern touches. It features three bedrooms, two baths, and a large private backyard with a patio deck. The entire house has all new appliances and furniture; equipped with a 55” Smart Roku TV and a pull out couch in the living room to accommodate additional guests. It offers a King size bed in the master bedroom and two Queen beds in the other two bedrooms with all new beds and linens. The kitchen is fully stocked should you chose to dine in with new dinnerware, flatware sets, pots and pans, seasonings and QUALITY knives. The bathrooms have all the amenities you need of course (please see the amenities section for a complete list). Should you require access to the internet, you will enjoy speeds of up to 400 mbs via WiFi. There is even a Wii if you decide to stay in and need to entertain yourselves or the kiddos. Access to the downtown area is as easy as ordering an Uber, which runs around $6 - $8 or if you are the adventurous type, you can hop on a bird scooter, which you could pick up literarily two doors down. The house is also conveniently located close to the highways should you need to travel outside the city. The Smart Roku TV is setup to stream online tv services such as Sling TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime. The thermostat is smart and the security cameras outside are also smart for additional security. Children are welcome but the house is not child proofed.

Start the day in the spa-like carrara marble bathroom, with its rain shower and bench. Relax on the California king bed in the bedroom, which also boasts hickory hardwood floors. The kitchen features soapstone counters and a reclaimed-wood island. Private bedroom includes a California king, walk-in closet, hickory hardwood floors, ceiling fan, and an individual thermostat for the second floor to keep you comfortable. Enjoy the high-end finishes of our spa-like carrara marble bathroom that features a rain shower head and bench. The living room boasts a Joybird sofa with a pull out queen sized, memory foam mattress for a restful night’s sleep. Kitchen features custom wood cabinetry, soapstone counters, stainless steel appliances, and a reclaimed wood island with seating. Ceiling fans throughout to keep you cool during hot summers. I am always available by text or phone. I do live in the main house on the property and can be reached in person if arranged. Take a 2-block stroll to burgers, breweries, sushi, gelato, gourmet coffee and tea, and even a speakeasy. Children will love the on-site playground at The Friendly Spot. In addition to walking to many restaurants and attractions, there are bike rentals through Uber Jump bikes and scooters from an assortment of companies, as well as, short Uber and Lyft rides.

This newly renovated cottage has a kitchen that is built up around original cabinetry; but, has new appliances tastefully incorporated.
