Wir hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit hier - die Natur sowie die Anlage selbst sind wunderschön, etwas rustikal mit ein paar Erneuerungen, über die Ana viel erzählen kann. Man kann sich auf dem Gelände super verteilen, hat genug Privatsphäre falls erwünscht und kann die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Auch der Pool zwischen den Olivenbäumen ist traumhaft. Wir konnten von hier aus einige Städte wie Florenz und Siena besuchen, auch hier hatte Ana super Tipps für geeignete Restaurants parat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Alloggio ottimo nel centro di capoliveri con possibilità di parcheggio davanti. L’appartamento è dotato di una terrazza dover poter mangiare ed ammirare una splendida vista sul mare. Licia è stata un host impeccabile molto gentile e sempre pronta a rispondere alle richieste. Inoltre l’appartamento era pulitissimo e attrezzato. Ci torneremo sicuramente a presto

Absolutely Magical – A True Italian Gem! We had the most incredible stay here – it honestly exceeded all our expectations. The location was perfect: peaceful, picturesque, and ideal for both kids and adults. Our children played happily into the night while we soaked in the relaxed, authentic Italian atmosphere we’d been dreaming of on our road trip. The host was amazing – they spoke perfect English and went above and beyond to make our stay special. They even arranged a pizza-making session for us, which was a huge hit with everyone (and delicious too!). They also pointed us to some must-visit local spots, including a nearby waterfall that was nothing short of magical. The pond on the property was another highlight – our boys were completely enchanted, spending hours playing and even catching a few frogs. It was such a joy to watch them connect with nature in such a safe and beautiful setting. We feel so lucky to have stumbled upon this gem. Part of me wants to keep it a secret jus

6/5 – Wohlfühlwohnung mit traumhafter Aussicht und herzlichen Gastgebern Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser gemütlich-rustikal eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Die persönliche Note sorgt für eine warme Atmosphäre – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet, das Bett sehr bequem, und alles war sauber und gepflegt. Ein Highlight war die Terrasse mit dem liebevoll angelegten Garten. Abends konnten wir dort herrlich den Sonnenuntergang genießen – der Blick über das Tal war traumhaft. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber ideal für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Besonders hervorzuheben sind Maurizio und Stefania: Sie waren außergewöhnlich zuvorkommend, immer erreichbar und haben sehr schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Man merkt, dass sie mit echter Freude Gastgeber sind – offen, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen. We hebben heerlijke dagen gehad op Elba en vanuit Poggio het eiland kunnen ontdekken. Het appartement is fantastisch. Gezellig ingericht, heel schoon en prima bed. Het uitzicht is geweldig. Om het appartement te bereiken moet je of een steile weg op of via een straatje met trappen. Wanneer je slecht ter been bent kan dit lastig zijn. Barbara is een lieve vriendelijke vrouw, heel behulpzaam. Dankjewel voor het fijne verblijf. En wij raden iedereen aan om te logeren bij Barbara en haar man.

This place is what I imagined when I close my eyes and think of Tuscany. The view from the bedroom is amazing and the apartment is adorable. There is AC but we didn’t end up needing it since the windows let in such a glorious breeze. The kitchen was well equipped, we were just missing paper towels. The pool was great with a fantastic view although it would have been helpful to have access to pool towels. The location is great and about a 15 minute drive into San Gimignano so you probably need a car. It was also a quick drive to supermarkets and nearby wineries which we loved. Berta was really helpful during check-in and provided us with recommendations in the area.

Wir hatten eine sehr schönen Aufenthalt! Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin war hervorragend: Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gestaltet, genau wie auf den Fotos ersichtlich. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war insgesamt gut. In der Umgebung gibt alles, was man für einen wundervollen Urlaub benötigt: Zum Strand muss man nur eine Straße überqueren, in der Nähe gibt es viele gute Restaurants, Geschäfte und eine sehr schöne Mole zum Flanieren. Auch gibt es im Umland sehr vieles Interessantes zu besichtigen, wenn man eher auf ruhiges und entspanntes Ambiente großen Wert legt. Der Lage innerhalb eines Komplexes aus höhere Wohngebäuden geschuldet, ist die Wohnung etwas dunkel und durch die Bahngleise direkt daneben laut - wegen der Schallverstärkung. Wir waren trotzdem sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und können sie definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Eine tolle Wohnung an einem ganz besonderen Ort! Wir haben die Ruhe und den wunderschönen Garten sehr genossen. Jacobo war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat uns mit allem versorgt was wir brauchten und tolle Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Die Wohnung ist ausgesprochen komfortabel, das Bett super und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir waren viel auf der schönen Terasse und haben den Blick in den Garten und das Zwitschern der Vögel genossen. Es gibt eine coole Hängematte zum Entspannen im Garten. Die Lage ist gut um Pisa, Lucca und Florenz zu erreichen. Außerdem gibt es sehr nette kleinere Orte in der Umgebung. Alles in allem hatten wir eine wunderschöne Zeit.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Alles war vorhanden so wie in der Beschreibung steht. Wenn man aus der Tür raus geht hat man eine schönes Aussicht auf das Meer. Uns hat es gut gefallen, allerdings war für uns die Gegend zu langweilig, da man in Piombino nicht viel unternehmen konnte. Die Unterkunft als solches empfehle ich trotzdem weiter.

Abbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni nell'appartamento del Casale, attrezzato con tutto il necessario e anche di più (lavastoviglie e lavatrice mai adoperate) e tutto nuovo, pulito e arredato con cura ed armonia. Splendido il grande giardino, tenuto come un parco, e lo spazio piscina ampio, fresco e bellissimo. Giovanni estremamente gentile e sempre disponibile e Monica gentilissima. Grazie a tutti per questi bei giorni e un Bacione al "mitico" Antonio che ci ha accolti con gioia e simpatia. Consigliatissimo. Speriamo di poter tornare. Enrico e Belinda

Posto incantevole nella quiete a poca distanza dal mare e dai servizi. Raffaele e la sua famiglia sono persone disponibilissime e amorevoli, ti accolgono e ti fanno sentire proprio a casa.

Our stay at Luca’s place in Florence was wonderful. The location was extremely convenient with main attractions like the uffizi and galleria dell’academia just a short walk away. The apartment is also located in a very nice square that is lively and fun, but not noisy from the room. There are many restaurants and shops just down the stairs. The room itself was all that we could have wanted. The whirlpool tub was a very nice feature, the bed was conformable, and the atmosphere of the room was very cozy. If we return to Florence, we would love to stay at Luca’s place again!

Easy check in and out. Beautiful space and much bigger than expected. Great place to relax and explore if staying in the city. Really no negatives, book it and be happy.

This estate is a dream—life changing in all the best ways. From the jasmine-scented gardens and sweeping views of Siena to the beautifully restored guest suites—personally designed by Andrea, an architect and true artist—every detail felt magical. He greeted us so warmly, spent generous time sharing the estate’s history, and even gifted us a bottle of his family’s wine—which was absolutely lovely and made us feel truly welcome. The plunge pool was a refreshing retreat, and the setting was pure tranquility: birdsong, rustling leaves, and golden Tuscan sunsets. Andrea gave us a wonderful tour and shared the story behind his family’s efforts to preserve this incredible place. We adored the gentle Maremma dogs, Fiora and her puppy, Pecorino, who made us feel right at home. We were so impressed with this stay and Andrea’s efforts to preserve this very special place. Every moment here felt like a scene from a film—elegant, peaceful, and filled with soul. We can’t wait to return.

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

We had a wonderful stay. The patio and hot tub were amazing. Walk to everything. No need for a car. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Grocery store around the corner. Outdoor hot tub was lovely after a day of steps.

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

Emily's apartment is the perfect location to explore Lucca. She was extremely helpful when communicating and very prompt when replying to any queries.
